Ryan diagnosed the problem within the first 10 minutes on-site. Definitely calling Troy furnace and AC service in the future. These are repair guys not salesmen pushing you to replace your system! Five Star Service for sure!

I recently had Troy Furnace and Air Conditioning come out to repair my AC unit, and they did an excellent job. The technician arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had it fixed in no time. He also took the time to explain what was wrong and what he did to fix it. I would definitely use Troy Furnace and Air Conditioning again in the future.

Suppose 2 have bot a new furnace at the end of 2021 winter Mother board is out at the beginning of 2022 waited days 4 them 2 have supposedly brot over a bran new mother board still not fixed A Bran New Furnuce better b getting 2 my house I WILL NEVER GIVE RECOMENDATIONS I was told by smone that was here at my house that the young kid that came here was takin pix of how the old mother board was in so he cld put it back in the way it was Better hire ppl that know what they r doin 5 STAR is the absolute Worse furnace place ever then these ppl here sends smone over that don't even know what they r doing Time 4 My Attorney Strait Up!!!!

Used them to replace and install the new HVAC and Furnace..very pleased so far with the professionalism of this company and their timely manner! Was quoted between 12-4 for the service tech to come out and he was here around 2:30 pm! Kevin was great! He was able to get me a GREAT deal and listened to what my needs and wants were! I didn’t feel any pressure! Was able to get the crew out THE NEXT morning for install! Will definitely be using them for any future needs especially for plumbing!

Amazing service from start to finish. The team was prompt, quick, and addressed the issue quick. They walked us through each step and explained what happened with our system. They are even working to have parts covered under warranty. We will always come here for our HVAC needs.

This company is amazing. Called and they had a tech to me within 3 hrs. My unit was very old, tech told me of options and we decided to replace furnace. The installers were on time, very professional and did an excellent job. I will continue to use services.
