The hotel room was great with high ceilings and large windows loads of natural light coming in, the vintage theem furniture mostly in solid wood did add to the overall warmth and ambience. The bed was large and very comfortable did manage to get a really good night's sleep. The balcony was a lil narrow we just managed to get a couple of chairs in but with a decent view of a lake. The room was super clean and had a nice relaxing vibe to it. Moving over to the swimming pool a little small but clean and with a small waterfall to one side looks over a farm, one of the few hotel pools I have been in that were not over chlorinated. F&B options were restricted to room service and a dhabba (The only restaurant open at the time we were there that didn't have space for us and seemed really overpriced) and a couple of food stalls in the multiplex cum play zone connected to the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety but taste vice just about average. The hotel just looses 1* when it comes to food and restaurants besides that the location room and experience was great. Shout out the the one Chacha Ji who served us our welcome drink, helped us with our bags, explained our room to us and served us our breakfast 🙏.

We are working on restarting all the F&B outlets which were severely impacted due to the 2 years of closure due to COVID. Our Dhaba restaurant Prices have been constant for almost 3 years now, despite severe cost pressures.

Very nice...It has quality rooms with all essentials and has all the facilities within it's own space such as restaurants, child area and quick service restaurants.
Also breakfast was very good with lots of variety.

Very good hotel and very good service but with one complain about the food.
The breakfast(included in 1 night package) which we received in the morning was stale and next morning my entire family suffered from loose motion and vomiting which was result of eating the stale food.
Kindly check the quality of food before serving it to the guests as it will affect the vacation quality of people staying there. Apart from that its a great place to stay for a relaxing weekend.

We hope and trust that you and your family have recovered fully from the vomiting etc. We assure you that our cooks are well experienced and trained. The Chef who is in charge of serving breakfast has more than 25 years experience and has been with us for more than 12 years. Each item is checked prior to service. Food is freshly prepared and brought from our own kitchens in the adjoining building or prepared live on the spot depending on the item. The chance of something going wrong at our location is therefore very small. We had other guests who stayed with us on the day of your stay and did not receive such a feedback from any of them. Having clarified the issue, we will redouble our checks on the basis of your feedback.

Good place to spend time with loved one.. room service is very slow..

Whilst we will certainly try to improve the room service time. The time taken for room service is also a function of the day and time of placing the order. We have therefore printed on the room service menu to "Please allow 45 minutes service time". We reiterate that this is not to dilute our commitment to try to improve the room service time.
