Traveluro thief’s
I had booked one night and they booked one day after and said the would return my money it’s been a month and nothin. They stole my money just like that .. now saying they won’t return it .. I paid for a one night and never got the hotel or my money it’s been a month a half .. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DEAL WITH THEM

Worst booking experience I’ve had
Booked a hotel for 2 nights and also booked the protection plan. Once I received me confirmation receipt via email, I saw that the date of my booking had been changed and the protection plan was not on the receipt. After calling and being disconnected 9 times, I got through to the customer support team. They told me that they could not do anything. I asked for a manager and they hung up on me.

Total Scam! Don't ever book through them
Total scam! Booked them through Kayak. Got the flu 2 days before and couldn't travel. They refused to refund or rebook my reservation even though the hotel was happy to change for us. In talking the hotel, I found out that they also charged us $120 in fees and and extra $150 on the room above what they were paying the hotel.

Traveluro left us stranded
My dad needed a room the night before surgery. They booked the wrong date and charged him and would not change it even though the call was made within 10 min of the hotel telling us it was wrong. They left us stranded the night before a surgery and charged us. Worst experience we have ever had in 50 years of traveling.

When is the class action going to start?
I don't understand how there isn't a class action lawsuit already going nor do I get how they can continue to operate legally. The booking service may work for you a couple times but eventually they will take your money and you'll have no hotel room for it. You cannot get ahold of customer service. It's flat out fraud.

No customer service, and they do not answer the phone to deal with booking issues. Their reservations are not guaranteed and good luck getting a refund.

Run away from this company!
If I could give a zero star I would!!! Please avoid this company like a plague!!! I have been a loyal customer of hotels.com and nothing but good service from that company but I was lured to the very low rate of traveluro. This is my first time with Traveluro and what a terrible experience! I guess all is fine and dandy when everything goes according to their rules that are set on stone.
I tried to cancel a booking that is non-refundable because our business client canceled on the last minute on us. In my previous experience with Hotels.com, they've been accommodating. While the booking was non-refundable, they were willing to honor a cancellation if the hotel agreed. For this one we called the hotel first and the hotel said it is okay to cancel it but Traveluro has to cancel it to get a refund, but talking to Traveluro is like talking to a brick wall and they will just slap you with a response that you confirmed the booking to be non-refundable. We asked that even if we don't get a refund but maybe some credits for future use but nope, zilch, nada they want to pocket the money and get their pockets fatter.
So if your life is not perfect because some circumstances you can't just control, don't expect this company to have your back! Because all they care about is the money they can collect from you and nothing else! And all their customer service representatives from Philippines are terrible none of them are helpful at all but just like puppets being told what to say!!! And their phone line keeps on dropping so I have to make numerous calls just to get to somebody. Never again with this company!

Avoid Traveluro
We booked through Traveluro. Days before our trip my wife got very sick and was positive for Covid. We tried to get our date moved, adjusted. Get a credit, anything! They said too bad they have a strict cancel policy no matter what. Just absolute trash customer service.

TRAVELURO + CONFIDANTE MIAMI/ ANDAZ Absolutely avoid!
I made a reservation in October at The Confidante Miami/Andaz hotel. I chose this hotel for my two children in particular because it had two large swimming pools (my children's dream!).
2 months later while reading Tripadvisor comments, I read that this hotel is entirely under construction!
I therefore contacted TRAVELURO who told me that they refused to help me and that even if (supporting evidence) it was false advertising because they never told me that there would be no no swimming pool, no restaurant but only construction equipment (see photos), the only option offered is to be in no show and lose 100% of the amount!!!
It was supposed to be a dream vacation with my grandchildren but TRAVELURO AND THE CONFIDANTE MIAMI/ANDAZ made it the worst nightmare!!!
Never trust them, you will be totally disappointed like me!

Its a SCAM
I booked a hotel room because their rates were so so low, but when i got to the hotel they told me they didn't have any reservation under my name. Traveluro took my money but didn't pay the hotel. I had to go thru hell to get a room. I paid again for the room and then had to chase them down to get my money back.. which i never got back. it's a scam

Traveluro takes your money and won’t answer their phones. It just disconnects when you call.
I had travel ins and then got sick and they are not responding. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Just lay a little more for a different web site. You will only be disappointed with traveluro

Customer service is non-existent I've called in half a dozen times to speak to someone about a reservation and it just has me on some kind of hold then hangs up. What ever it cost to book a hotel with anyone else do it. These prices are not worth this terrible service!

Frauds and a front to steal your money
This is a fraud and a front. Make a purchase to stay at a hotel on Dec 16. Due to issues at the hotel had to leave and not stay there. Made phone calls on the drive home stating that I didn't stay at the hotel due to issues. Been calling everyday since to get a refund and was told that they are going to escalate to relevant team and no supervisors are available and refuses to do a 3-way phone call to hotel to prove that I didn't stay at hotel. I was told that they are waiting for representative to get back to show proof that I didn't stay.
Finally after 2 months and multiple "will get back to you within 48 hours" and never do I was told I need to get the proof myself. Got the proof from hotel and the hotel returned money to them and still has my money.
Now that I called again for update, as I did everything that they asked for and still waiting for my money, I was told the relevant team will get back to me. I then received email saying that it's against their policy to refund me the money!
Due to their of communication, lack of doing their jobs and lack of customer service they have the audacity to now all of a sudden reject my refund after 2 months of going through all the work that they asked me to do to get it and now say it's against policy because I called them out. Mind you the hotel gave refund back and they have my money too so they got double paid and I didn't even stay at the hotel.
THEY ARE FRAUDS AND KEEPING YOUR MONEY FOR THEIR OWN!

Bad !! They don’t care
My mom accidentally booked the room for the wrong night and we payed for the room on top of a room with them well my mom had a heart attack and they still didn’t refund her as she was going to go back on the date she accidentally booked;( kick Rocks no one should book through these CROOKS

The whole experience was weird and unsettling.
I used Traveluro to book a vacation at RIU CARIBE in Cancun. 1st I want to say that Traveluro had the cheapest rate I could find online. Communication was nonexistent for the most part, I wanted to extend our stay and after making the original reservation online I was never able to speak to an agent with the phone number provided. I was getting concern that it may have been a scam after reading some other reviews. So I called the resort to confirm my reservation, which had been made. The day before the trip I received another email from Traveluro with a different number and I was finally able to speak to someone. However they were not able to extend my stay at that point because it was too late.
When we checked in at the resort it was not booked by Traveluro, it showed up as another agency.
If they would do a better job of communicating I would have given a better rating.

DO NOT USE TRAVELURO!!! I learned my lesson
SCAM...don't use this site. Pay the extra $20 and book direct through the hotel. They DO NOT abide by their cancellation window. I'm disputing the charge with my bank now. What a waste of time. Also, I tried calling them 17 times and emailed twice before I was finally able to speak to a human which turned out to be a waste of time anyways.
