Test kit was out of calibration by a week, typical panic to try and get it sorted but also need the test kit for jobs.
Called at 8:30AM. Arranged to meet around Norwich that was convenient location and time for both of us.
18:00 same day test kit calibrated and paperwork handed to me.

Absolute top notch service! Emailed late on a sunday evening to arrange calibration of my MFT, got a reply shortly after saying he could do monday afternoon at my address, a service I didnt know he offered. Completed without hassle, very reasonable charges for a mobile service and has been a plessure to deal with. Any future calibration needs will be coming your way for sure! Travelled to Marham to test two Appliance testers today. Was very polite, professional and informative. There was an issue with one of my machines and Jake advised his findings and Likely causes of the issue.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will defiantly be using Jake again next year.

Excellent service from Jake. I posted my meter off on Tuesday afternoon and received it back on Thursday morning. Jake kept me informed of progress throughout and the price was very reasonable.

The Reason why Small Business's matter! Jake was an absolute star when it came to Repairing and Calibrating my Fluke Meter, he has a wealth of knowledge and always goes above and beyond to make sure the best service is achieved. This is ironic as the manufacturer couldn't offer any assistance in the repair and yet Jake could.
An absolute pleasure and look forward to using his services for calibration going forward.
