I had a new cast iron fireplace fitted from The Living Room where there has been an old gas fire. The customer service was excellent and really friendly. There was no pushy sales, and James talked us through all of the options. The fitter was also great - on time, friendly and tidy! I was also surprised by how quickly they were able to fit after ordering. The living room of my Victorian terrace house now has some character back, ready for new floors and decorating!

Upon our arrival to TLR fireplaces we were instantly welcomed with a smile and excellent customer service from James. We were looking for a fire place to complete our living room revamp and the choices we had were impeccable, we found one we really liked and from ordering to delivery there was no stress or problems. Delivery came on the date agreed and within good time. I would highly recommend TLR fireplaces to anyone that is looking for a fireplace big or small there is enough to choose from. They also have an excellent art collection too.

James is a knowledgeable chap who was keen to hear what we were looking for and helped to provide the options available without any aggressive sale tactics.

The showroom is fantastic and lots of choice, nothing is to much trouble from start to finish. Very reasonable prices and no pushy sales staff. Fire surrounds made to measure with minimal decorating, I would highly recommend the living room and we are very pleased with the finish.

When we visited the Living Room James was so helpful from start to finish, he helped choose our electric fire and surround he also went the extra mile to ask one of his fitters to call and take out the old one so the wall could be plastered in time before new one arrived , our new one is now installed and we are thrilled with it . We have just bought a beautiful electric fireplace from The Living Room, and we are so happy with it. I was recommended to go to their showroom and I can honestly say, from entering this lovely shop, and meeting James, we were totally at ease and enjoyed the whole experience. The range of fires was superb and we were spoilt for choice. There was no hard selling salesman following us around, which meant we could browse at leisure. It was easy to see how busy it was as the showroom has a lovely ambience. James has kept in touch from the sale to the delivery and was always there with any queries I had. I would recommend, without hesitation doing business with this company. It is definitely worth a visit and you can be assured the after care will be there should you need it. It's been a lucky find for us.

Excellent service from start to finish, can't thank James enough, our new fire was fitted in less than an hour and half. We went for the Black Nickel Surround and it looks beautiful. Very warm and cosy. We would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a new fireplace.

James at The Living Room was recommended to us, we visited the shop and discussed several options, James was really helpful explaining all things stoves, he came across as a really genuine and friendly person, he wasn't pushy or salesy, just offered advice and information. We went ahead with the purchase, James kept in touch regularly to update us with progress and a visit was arranged with the installer Stuart. Stuart arrived and installed the stove on the day agreed and was every bit as good as James said he is, he is very detailed oriented with exceptionally high standards. The stove itself is great, does a fantastic job of heating up the room, we can't believe we didn't purchase one sooner. I spoke to James regarding an issue we have with a re-fit, he kindly gave me the details of someone else who could sort this and even took the time to contact them first to explain the issue before I rang.
