I moved out had my inspection with Dave No deductions all good im happy leave willing to leave good review until I get a suspicious email the next day from Donna saying they did another inspection without me there for some strange reason why woild you need to do it again? where they are now deducting 150 from my deposit for damages of items which is laughable as the marks they are highlighting are about £5 worth of marks and were there when I moved in. Plus the marks would come under wear and tear as confirmed by my solicitor and either way still havnt received any of my deposit back, recieved no emails back no response so next legal action as next step.

Our procedural policy states that only Donna as Facilities Manager can carry out full inspections and implement charges, and as you moved out when she was on annual leave, this was carried out afterward, which you were made aware of by email prior to your leaving. You were charged £150 for various damages to four pieces of furniture, which we will not detail here, but which covers a lot more than £5 worth of marks, and which were not there when you moved in. The specific damages are a great deal more than would count as wear and tear, some of them being evidently deliberate. You were made aware of the exact damages and expenses, you were sent photographic evidence of all damages, and those highest up have been in contact with you throughout.
Nevertheless, we wish you well in future.

Would not recommend, the kitchen was always dirty and even though I sent emails, nothing was done. The apartment hallway smelt funky. Room is cleaned every two weeks by housekeeping staff but if you miss one week, then they will come inspect your room like you're a junky.
Plus they deducted £60 from a few chips on a table. Still salty about it so don't be like me and write every single thing default on the inventory.

The Studios was all I expected and more. Fantastic accommodation that anyone can live in. Great location in the city centre, amazing staff and top notch facilities/amenities. Definitely one of the best places I’ve lived in the UK. Totally recommend it.

This is a good place to live for anyone needing all-inclusive accommodation in Wolverhampton.
The staff are pleasant and helpful and the restaurant/bar is lovely and affordable.
And the accommodation itself for a 1 off payment per month is good value for money.

Looks like a lovely place to live with plenty of community, just a shame if your disabled as they will discriminate aginst you and not even file your aplication.

Overpriced and generally a bit creepy, just look at the promotion video containing exclusively people that don't live or work here. I'd urge anyone to remain cautious of listening to the 'lived' experiences of a paid actor and question why they didn't use actual residents? The Wifi is painfully slow to the extent where it's not possible to work from home, or load a Tiktok at times. At least twice a week for the duration of my time there my shower would set off the fire alarm leaving me to face the Spanish Inquisition wearing only a towel (at no point was I paid for this level of entertainment). I've used the phrase creepy as there's cctv literally everywhere, including your kitchen which is a tad awkward when your having a solo kitchen sing song whilst cooking (Lighthouse Family FTW). Overpriced, as the owner has recently put up rents by nearly double the rate of inflation. After aquiring the building for £1 this is a fine example of the tin rattling attitude of someone whom history will quickly forget. I'd also like to question the validity of other reviews as a lot of their names sound a tad suspicious, I'm sure one of their dads has recently bought a new bag. About as convincing as the lead actor in the aforementioned promo vid.

1. Promotional Video
Like any business, we wish to advertise the best that we can, and we felt that doing this professionally, using paid actors, was the best and most ethical way to do so. We do not believe that is the responsibility of our residents and staff to take part in our promotional material, as we like to respect their privacy and freedom.
2. Wi-Fi
The Wi-Fi we provide is not charged or included in anyone’s rent, as it is provided for residents to use completely free of charge. However, we appreciate your feedback, and will look into how we can improve our Wi-Fi services.
3. Fire Alarm
It is our responsibility to ensure the safety of our residents, and so we take great pride in the efficacy of our fire alarm system, and the diligence and attentiveness of our staff in investigating the causes of an alarm and keeping our residents safe. As I'm sure you are aware, the heat from a shower can often set off fire alarms, and this is not a phenomenon unique to TheStudios.
4. CCTV
Again, it is our responsibility to ensure the safety of our residents, and so we are very happy that the vast majority of our residents report that they choose to live with us because of our security system. At TheStudios, we are immensely proud of the security we offer to our residents, via a 24/7 concierge, and CCTV throughout our premises. We are comforted by the fact that if our security system stood out so much to you, it likely will to any individuals who might pose a threat to the security of our residents.

We can not recommend The Studios enough!
Laura couldn't help me and my wife enough,from the time we first called about the accommodation,straight through to when we left.
Everyone of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
We met quite a few of the residents,who all made us welcome in the bar,which had great prices for their excellent food and drink.
We enjoyed ourselves that much,our 2 months here ,just flew by!!

A great place to live in a strategic location in Wolverhampton. The staff is great, empathetic and worried about the well-being of all the tenants. All bills included which is something that saves a lot of time and effort. The bed is ultra comfortable and the place has a lot of amenities which add a great value to the overall experience of living there. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

The Studios is a pleasant building with good facilities in a convenient location. Most of all though, The Studios offered us peace of mind: safety and security, no unexpected bills or utility contracts to set up, and an engaging team that became familiar faces, who were there for a chat or whenever you needed help.

Fantastic place to live! It's a few minutes walk away from super markets, a 10 minute walk from the train station. The staff really go the extra mile to ensure your comfort and happiness.
The cinema there is simply incredible, and the food is delicious at a very affordable price! I enjoyed playing pool with my mates there too. Additionally, just crossing the road is both a leisure centre and also West Park where you can feed the ducks and see the swans.
II highly recommend living here if you're wanting to live as part of a community.

Our son very much enjoyed his time living at the studios whilst working in Birmingham,
very friendly and helpful staff, brilliant facilities and very handy for both the railway station and amenities. He was sad to leave, when his contract expired.

It used to be great living here. Unfortunately, the co-living (& social) aspect of being a resident has degraded over time due to poor management decisions.
Nonetheless if you want a modern room, close to the city centre and with plenty amenities then this will do.

It really is a great place to live - city centre location and clean, beautiful rooms with great views. There is no hassle - all bills included and the staff are very friendly and accommodating with any issues. Highly recommended.
