Overpriced and generally a bit creepy, just look at the promotion video containing exclusively people that don't live or work here. I'd urge anyone to remain cautious of listening to the 'lived' experiences of a paid actor and question why they didn't use actual residents? The Wifi is painfully slow to the extent where it's not possible to work from home, or load a Tiktok at times. At least twice a week for the duration of my time there my shower would set off the fire alarm leaving me to face the Spanish Inquisition wearing only a towel (at no point was I paid for this level of entertainment). I've used the phrase creepy as there's cctv literally everywhere, including your kitchen which is a tad awkward when your having a solo kitchen sing song whilst cooking (Lighthouse Family FTW). Overpriced, as the owner has recently put up rents by nearly double the rate of inflation. After aquiring the building for £1 this is a fine example of the tin rattling attitude of someone whom history will quickly forget. I'd also like to question the validity of other reviews as a lot of their names sound a tad suspicious, I'm sure one of their dads has recently bought a new bag. About as convincing as the lead actor in the aforementioned promo vid.

1. Promotional Video
Like any business, we wish to advertise the best that we can, and we felt that doing this professionally, using paid actors, was the best and most ethical way to do so. We do not believe that is the responsibility of our residents and staff to take part in our promotional material, as we like to respect their privacy and freedom.
The Wi-Fi we provide is not charged or included in anyone’s rent, as it is provided for residents to use completely free of charge. However, we appreciate your feedback, and will look into how we can improve our Wi-Fi services.
3. Fire Alarm
It is our responsibility to ensure the safety of our residents, and so we take great pride in the efficacy of our fire alarm system, and the diligence and attentiveness of our staff in investigating the causes of an alarm and keeping our residents safe. As I'm sure you are aware, the heat from a shower can often set off fire alarms, and this is not a phenomenon unique to TheStudios.
Again, it is our responsibility to ensure the safety of our residents, and so we are very happy that the vast majority of our residents report that they choose to live with us because of our security system. At TheStudios, we are immensely proud of the security we offer to our residents, via a 24/7 concierge, and CCTV throughout our premises. We are comforted by the fact that if our security system stood out so much to you, it likely will to any individuals who might pose a threat to the security of our residents.
