I recently purchased four panels and a gate from the Steel Gallery Company, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. The quality of the products is far below expectations. There are visible welding splashes, scuffs, and scrapes underneath the paintwork, and the panels are sharp where these welding splashes are present, which suggests poor workmanship and a lack of attention to detail. The gate arrived damaged, with a noticeable bend and a poorly fitted locking mechanism. Additionally, there was a six-centimeter-long scratch on the edge of the door that had been badly repaired by someone, making it even more obvious. The base plates were also bent. The bend in the door was clearly due to improper shipping, as a small box containing the keys was placed in such a way that it pushed against the door panel, bending it. To make matters worse, the packaging even included a shop hand brush with the word "Lazer" written on it. This seemed careless and unprofessional, adding to the overall impression of poor quality control. What has made this experience even more frustrating is the lack of customer service. We sent an email about these issues, but it has been 8 days with no response. Trying to reach them by phone is impossible; no one ever answers. Overall, I’m very dissatisfied with both the product quality and the customer service from Steel Gallery Company. I would not recommend this company to others based on my experience

I bought a gift for my wife for her birthday from these guys. More than ever i especially worry about buying from dodgy websites who produce shoddy products or provide a poor service. I was more than impressed with the team at The Steel Gallery especially when my item arrived. The price, packaging and product were all exceptional. I have now hung it in pride of place in the garden. It was that last piece of the jigsaw which completes the vista in the garden. Nice one team

We purchased two wall/ fence panels which we found to be well made as described. The design chosen looks even better than we ever thought once they were put into place. They have weathered well since they were installed and positioned in the garden. Friends have commented how well they look with the garden corten rustic edge together with the fence colour. Good choice to use the steel gallery. Nigel Garlick

Maybe someone would respond through here! Delivery was supposed to be 14 days ago and since then it’s a radio silence. No product received, nobody is picking up the phone and not responding. Paid in full for this appalling service.

Custom screen. Excellent product exactly as described and ordered

We needed 2 customised planters with privacy screens for our balcony and 3 large generic ones, we did our homework/research and visited different manufacturers of planters and privacy screens (for this kind of items pictures can be very deceiving)... the quality of the planters we got from the Steel gallery is well beyond the other suppliers we visited, and the design process was smooth (even for the customised ones), We are now considering using them for other areas of our property

Item was great, a bespoke corten steel planter, can't fault any aspect of the service from ordering, updates, design, price and delivery - highly recommend.

Bought a garden gate but the actual colour was totally different shade to the website, made a complain but this company blamed us not checking the colour code, the colour code is not shown in the product description but in FAQs section. Am I supposed to read every single sections in the website? The material is very thin, doesn’t look good quality. The colour shade is totally misleading, see pictures attached. They wanted to charge the return and stocking fee for over £40 even it was their fault, and they would not back down after a few emails exchanged l, insisting the company policy, we eventually got the full refund via our credit card company. This company doesn’t want to take responsibility for their own fault and doesn’t listen to customers feedback. The honest way is to photoshop your products to be a closer colour as possible on the website, not trying to mislead and blame your customers to cover your own fault.
