We chose to work with Tenco because we felt we could trust them. That trust was well placed. The bid was competitive. The sales process (working with Robert Rios) went well. Robert responded immediately to my many questions and provided clear information. The written contract was fairly easy to understand. The work was completed on schedule. The installation crew was professional, friendly and helpful. We ran into a glitch with our already installed electrical panel that required a somewhat involved process with our utility and Building and Safety (this was my fault). Claryssa was with me every step of the way, providing guidance and reaching out to agencies on our behalf - her friendly and professional presence did a lot to calm my nerves. Our system is now up and running and I am happy! I highly recommend Tenco Solar.

Prior contractor left us hanging with a shoddy job so I called Tenco and got a fast response and a technician out who found the issue and corrected it within no time. Would recommend for any solar related issues or maintenance.

Tech arrived on time and was courteous. He completed the job and left the site when done. The company is expensive but they do quality work. Finding good technicians in todays world is hard. I would hire Tenco Solar for my roof top solar pool (Fafco) panels again.
