Use this company for your ready mix concrete the most polite & helpful you will ever find and their service is absolutely perfect turn up on time even managed to get my order to me sooner than I expected as I left it a bit late to order it the delivery drivers were helpful & courteous cannot find any faults with this company and would not hesitate to use them again

We’ve been using Sussex Readymix for many years now and their customer service and quality has only grown in strength since 2017. We are messaged before the concrete is on its way via an automated system and invoiced digitally straight after. Very nice and easy. The office is always an hand and cheerful/happy to help or advise on mix’s.
The drivers and Lorries are always clean and smart which makes a difference. Thoroughly recommended this company for concrete products and screed.

Brilliant company with an even better service. Teigan in the office is an asset, always willing to meet our requirements as best as possible. The drivers are friendly and professional. The 3rd party pump guys that they use are a good laugh and aren’t afraid to give a hand when needed. The concretes wet and goes hard. What more could you ask for. Cheers guys

I've used sussex ready mix for several concrete pours now in the south coast region. I would highly recommend them to any contractor.They are well organised, punctual and communicate well. They work alongside some great pump operators (Taylors) who are always very helpful. Would use again.

Very helpful and efficient from when I placed the order text messages about delivery
and time to remind and confirm time and date.
On the day driver telephoned to confirm he was on his way and arrived on his
expected time. The driver made our job easy by positioning his lorry and and
fitting extending shutes so very little wheel barrowing he deposited the exact amount in exactly the correct place for us to level nothing was to much trouble for him and waited until we levelled and then pored some more he then moved the lorry to an area to wash down and clean his shute thoroughly making no mess.
We had no wastage as poured exactly the right amount 7 cubic metres base tamped and levelled all finished I hour after driver left site.
The driver was helpful friendly and efficient his lorry was immaculate and before he left site he made sure all concrete was cleaned from the pump and shute ready for his next job would highly recommend and will use again

Never used this type of business before and was very anxious that all would go as well as planned.
I had my worries lessened by Keith who gave me all the details I needed
They were punctual and once again friendly and helpful when delivering the mix and all went like clockwork.
I am very pleased with the finished product and would use this business again

I was very anxious that my garden project started well so when I contacted Sussex Ready Mixed Concrete for information and decided I was happy to go ahead I was quite nervous having never done this before ( I needed to lay a concrete foundation for a gazebo )
I was given all the information by phone and they were only too pleased to help when I phoned up afterwards with what turned out to be unnecessary worries
The tip day went like clockwork the guy arrived on time and kept me up to date on the journey by text and final a phone call on arrival
I was worried about the estimated tipping time as I was wheelbarrowing the cement but I finished well within the time limit
I would use them again they are a friendly professional business and it turned out to be a very pleasing experience to use their business
