We spoke to a knowledgeable salesman, Ronnie Miah, who quickly ascertained our needs and got straight to the point. One cannot mess with choosing a new mattress, and Ronnie put us at ease and spoke insightfully about our various options. My wife and I now await the delivery of our bespoke mattress.

Superb customer service. Just flawless. The chap showed us all sorts, asked good questions, made some suggestions, and made the whole mattress-buying experience not feel mundane. I would recommend Sussex Beds for anyone looking for straightforward and friendly guidance on their needs.

Very friendly and helpful girls Julie and lynn at the Bexhill shop, helping us choose abed. Grace kept us informed and the delivery service is very good as they ring me before arriving . polite and friendly delivery drivers. And the mattress is very comfortable.. we are very happy with the whole experience.

We visited the Newhaven store on the 24th November to look for a new bed with the Black Friday promotions on. Ronnie the salesman was brilliant - they checked to see if we needed any help, answered all our questions, gave us space when needed and managed to assist us without us feeling pressured into buying a more expensive bed, or making an unneccessary purchasing decision. The whole buying experience was excellent, so could highly recommend based on our experience - now comes the difficult bit waiting for delivery of the new bed.

A while back I took my friend here to on recommendation to procure a new bed or replacement bed slats for his bed. We entered and were attended by a lovely, knowledgeable team who did absolutely everything they could to help us out and remain professional when I blamed our bed failure on overactive use (my friend was oblivious to this tangent). She escalated to the store manager who incredibly offered for us to sort through old stock slats that would fit our needs and at no cost to us. An incredible team and amazing manager for dealing with us (me) and for offering such great service, indicates a decent local business that should be the point of call to anyone needing a new bed whatever the benchmark.

Get selection of beds. No pushy sales. Very knowledgeable!

Two months ago, I bought a mattress that turned out to be completely different from the one I tried in the store. When I spoke with the manager, he came to my home, confirmed it was the wrong mattress, and arranged for a replacement. I had to wait another three weeks, but when the new one arrived, it still wasn’t the same and is uncomfortable. I paid £1,500 and can’t afford to buy another one.

If you need a new bed or mattress go to Sussex Beds! Very pleasant experience, very knowledgeable staff and no pressure selling unlike others. FORGET THE REST AND GO TO THE BEST, SUSSEX BEDS!!! 👍🛏️

When I was looking for mattress at Worthing shop they were so helpful the saleman took his time and explained everything to me The mattress has arrived and the two delivery drivers were brilliant took it upstairs Took their shoes off and took all rubbish away I would go back any time thank you Sussex Bed's.Robert

Excellent customer service from the moment we walked in. Graham in particular was very helpful and looked after us. No pressure selling and it was nice to speak to someone who knew their stuff!! Highly recommend.
