I was extremely pleased with the two Gentlemen who delivered my bed.They were extremely polite and went out of their way to minimalise any disruption to my house,they even took their shoes off which I was very pleased about,so,thank you very much for a superb experience.
We visited the shop a couple of times before making the decision to purchase, on each occasion the staff have been very good, my wife spoke to Jess a couple of times before making the decision to buy but she was on leave on the day of purchase and the chap covering couldn't have done more to help. Jess was very good each time my wife spoke to her and this made the decision to buy very easy. As soon as the bed was ready we got a call to arrange delivery which we needed to pause for a few weeks due to decorating, this was no problem. The delivery took place on the date and time scheduled and the delivery team did a quick and efficient job of installing the new bed and taking the old one way. They explained the bed care after setting it up. Overall couldn't fault the process.

Great service, not pushed into buying, Emily was very polite and helpful, great choice of beds able to test for the right firmness of the mattress, if looking to buy a new bed would highly recommend them.
I'd give this store zero stars if I could. On 27th November 2023, we visited the Haywards Heath store. Upon arrival, three people were seated, engaged in personal conversation without acknowledging us. There was no greeting or assistance offered. When we asked about a mattress, an older woman with dark hair reluctantly showed us one. When we inquired about other extra firm mattress options, she dismissively replied 'the floor.' Despite repeating our question, she gave the same unhelpful response and returned to chatting with her colleagues. This was the poorest customer service we've encountered, leaving us thoroughly disappointed. Needless to say, we found a mattress at Carpetright across the road.
A great improvement on our old mattress, I don't tend to roll out of bed now. We have recently revolved it and will do so each week for next 11 weeks, then regularly after that as suggested to keep it in top condition.

Buying from Sussex Beds online, and the delivery service was convenient, however the products I've had are mediocre at best. I think you could find a better product for the money if you're prepared to put some effort into visiting other suppliers.

Although I had to wait rather a long time (> 2 months) for the Guestling Bed Frame it was worth the wait, it is definitely the frame that suits me :-) And the mattress is very comfortable (and spacious now that I have a Kingsize!).
