Recently had a rental property updated by the Straight Edge team that turned out great. Lighting, the kitchen cabinets & counter, plus a bathroom demo/reno. I thought the bid was reasonable and the outcome was what we had talked about. The part that really goes a long way for me (and worth every penny) was the communication. Everything felt upfront, straightforward and if there were changes or issues that came up, Dustin was reaching out to talk about it. They shared their expertise on the products, but weren't pushy or trying to upsell. I genuinely felt like they listened to what I wanted and also my concerns (our HOA can be a little persnickety). I couldn't be onsite for most days, but they made the process feel so smooth by reaching out and letting me know what was going on as well as sending update photos for the bigger installs. Honestly, the final turnout to the place was great, but having a trustworthy, respectful, professional and competent crew made an otherwise tedious process painless and worry free. Highly recommend.

When we were finally ready to remodel our master bathroom, Straight Edge Builders responded to our request for a quote in a timely manner and worked with us to deliver the bathroom we had envisioned. They even had a crew available to start right away. Contractors we had used in the past had showed up once a week or only sporadically, drawing out the length of the job, whereas the Straight Edge folks were on the job every weekday until the job was completed. Our bathroom was done in weeks rather than months. That was a breath of fresh air! I appreciated that they communicated with me regularly regarding the job and were able to easily pivot when any issues came up or if we changed our mind on something. The quality of their work is top notch! We are in love with our new master bathroom – I highly recommend them!

Set a date of completion and finished before. Employees were always on time to work, spoke English and were friendly, saying hello each morning. At the end of each day they cleaned up. We had an enclosed kitchen. They took down a few walls, installed a support beam, and created a grand room without issue. Project manager and ownership were extremely responsive.

The job was extensive - new kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, full house repipe, and lots of electrical work. The job site was always clean and the subcontractors were prompt and efficient. The Straight Edge team worked very well together and kept me well informed as the work progressed. Straight Edge even went above and beyond by helping me pick up a couch because I don’t have a truck!
