Rob from smoke alarms 2 U, provided quick turnaround time on both the inspection and the report, answered any questions I had and was just a generally friendly guy to deal with. Not a huge fan of their AI answering machine thing, but overall not a deal breaker. Cheers Rob.

Prompt and professional service. Phoned the Smoke Alarms 2 U to request help for a smoke alarm that kept giving false alarm. Robert arrived same day at exactly the time promised and quickly found a tiny bug that somehow worked its way into the sensor. Problem solved!

Today a lovely Installer by the name of Robert ( from Smoke Alarms 2 U ) came to my elderly Mums unit and installed 4 Smoke Alarms . He was absolutely on time ( plus a text received half an hour prior ) and very kind to my 92 year old Mum who is partially deaf and has mild dementia. The job was done very efficiently and the free remote explained in full PLUS emailed full details of each alarm to me and a Compliance Certificate. I can’t recommend them highly enough …… Bravo for running a really efficient business and having great staff !
