Was very sceptical about having treatment at an Aesthetic Clinic being a typical man. However Kerry my treatment consultant changed all that. She made me feel relaxed and confident in her expertise and professionalism. I was very impressed with her knowledge and experience and felt I was very good hands.
I am very happy with the results from the treatments I have had and would absolutely recommend Kerry and Skin Innovation. I’m looking forward to my next treatment and Kerry’s advice on how to turn back the time on my ageing face.

Booked a consultation and treatment for Freezpen Cryotherapy as had a couple of skin tags / lesions on my face and lip, travelling over from Basildon. I was treated by Chaniece. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Offered advice and after care following treatment and discussed other treatments that they offer. Will definitely return.
My only feedback and reason for dropping 1 star on the review, would be for management to check prices regularly and ensure the website, online checkout / booking form is updated and in line to what you charge at the clinic as I ended up paying £20 more on the day when it came to paying the balance after the treatment. I was told "sorry, prices have changed and website doesn't have the correct pricing and needs updating".

I went to Skin innovation as I have been struggling with Melasma on my face for awhile. I did a bit of research and decided to look into Mela white peel. I saw Kerry at the clinic and went through my concerns and found her to be very knowledgeable and professional. I booked 6 sessions of the Mela white peel and went ahead. After just 3 Mela white peels my melasma has really improved and hoping after the 6 it will all be gone. Kerry was so helpful and put me at ease instantly and explained the whole process clearly and efficiently. Kerry is truly an asset in the clinic. Thankyou Kerry 😊

I had 8 sessions of the full body laser with Kerry. She has been great making me feel at ease and comfortable every step of the way. I have had fantastic results with her. She is really knowledgeable with all her treatments. I also booked her for the Freeze Pen and again she has been very professional and precise with the procedure. Decided to book a course of 8 due to the great price and location. I have been seeing Kerry for my treatment who was been fantastic. I was super nervous at first but she is very knowledgeable, kind and immediately made me feel comfortable. The treatment is efficient and over in 15 minutes max. Would highly recommend to book with Kerry and this company. 5 ⭐️
