Definitivamente 10/10…. Debo confesar que mi primera impresión luego de realizarme el procedimiento me impactó, ver mi cara roja y llena de puntos me dio un poco de susto pero nada que azu no me haya explicado que pasaría, empecé a ver resultados después de dos semanas aproximadamente sin embargo siento que es un proceso progresivo y al día de hoy he visto la evolución en mi cara, mi piel luce luminosa, mis marcas de acné han disminuido, definitivamente no puedo esperar para hacerme mi segunda sesión. Recomendado 10/10

I am on my 6th session of body contouring! Everyone is professional and answers all of my questions. The aesthetic is beautiful comforting. I have already seen results and can't wait for the final!

Very professional and the place is very clean and neat. I bought a laser hair removal package from them last year and came back for other sessions this year. Very happy with the results. I highly recommend.

Sapphira has been one of the best places, and they have made me feel at home, I have noticed quite a change in my laser hair removal and I liked the results, I have also been delighted with my facials.

I loved my experience at Sapphira Katy. I had the RF microneedling and I tell you the results after two weeks is amazing. I am looking forward to my next treatment. Go to them, don’t think twice.

Ok so if you want more details about my experience here it is.. you advertised a special for Botox and when I called the front desk I asked what is the minimum of units for the special. Front desk said there was no minimum. I went to the appointment and all the ladies in the front were nice and polite, but when it was my turn to see the esthetician that’s when my experience changed. She abruptly asked me wha are we doing today? I said well I’m interested in Botox and would like to know more about what other services do you do. She has no filter or absolutely no patience to tell me more about your business. She told me without filter that I needed to do at least 45 units of Botox and her face appeared like she wanted to throw up just by looking at me. I told her I wanted 30 and she declined even after I explained the front desk told me no minimum required. She was very unprofessional and never experienced this with past estheticians.
