After overpaying customers are entitled to a refund.
Why would the office take part of my refund and apply it to a family members account. I'm waiting for my crowns and going find another dentist.
I don't do dishonesty by anyone.

I recently had an extraction done with Dr. DeGuzman and his amazing assistant, Bianca, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I sat in the chair, they both made sure I was comfortable and put my nerves at ease, which means so much since I tend to get anxious during dental procedures. Dr. DeGuzman talked me through every step of the process, explaining everything clearly, which really helped me stay calm. Bianca was super attentive and kind, making sure I was okay the whole time. The procedure itself went smoothly, and I felt like I was in such capable hands. I’m so grateful for how well they took care of me!

Had an emergency, my crown came off and I was going on a cruise so they put a rush on a new crown last week and today I went back to get my permanent crown put on. Big thanks to Blanca and Dr Gonzalez and Ashley! Love this place! Can’t say enough good things about this place and the staff! They even sent me a text yesterday saying happy birthday! This is an awesome place and love the staff they make

Im so thankful for Dr.Gonzales i been having tooth pain for 2 weeks now and i scheduled same day appointment and he took care of me no longer have tooth pain .
