This is my first time ever needing a personal injury lawyer, and I want to start by saying I can’t speak for the quality of the legal work the firm does, my experience is specifically about communication with Eliz Rodriguez.
When we first spoke, Eliz was very enthusiastic and eager to help. I provided all the information she requested. From that point on, it became nearly impossible to get a response. Weeks would go by without hearing anything back. I called the office, left multiple voicemails, sent text messages, and even resorted to reaching out through WhatsApp just to get any kind of reply because I’d see her posting stories from the office while my calls and messages went unanswered.
Eliz rarely picked up the phone, and the one time she did, she told me she was in a meeting and would call back but never did. Three weeks later, after repeatedly trying to reach her, I finally received an email saying she was no longer representing me. After reading her email, I called again to try to speak with her directly, and when she finally answered, she was short and dismissive. I called about a concern I had originally brought to her attention back in September it was now November, and she still didn’t have an answer for my inquiry. She told me she would find out later today.
The lack of communication and basic courtesy was very disappointing. I wasn’t expecting daily updates, but I did expect some level of responsiveness especially when I was trying to address serious concerns about my case. This experience left me frustrated and without the help I needed during an already difficult time.
I had a great experience with this law office. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were transparent and explained anything I had a question about. The communication was great anytime I had a question I got a quick response. They understood my needs and I feel they cared about me

OMG!!!!! Call them asap. From my accident I was taken care of COMPLETELY! They walked me through everything. I was lost and didn’t know what to do. They set up my rental, to get my vehicle repaired, set up my doctor’s appointments, answered EVERY CALL, questions & concern I had! Anything I needed throughout this process they handled and now I’m walking away with a double digit check and closed case. Took them 1 year and change, that’s it!!!! I’m recommending them to everyone. Customer service was perfect! Office is clean and just over all friendly people THAT KNOWS THE LAW! Call them asap!
