Great experience from start to finish! I met with six roofing companies in the greater Knoxville area and Rackley was by-a-long-shot the most professional in bidding the job, issuing a proposal for scope-of-work and preparing a comprehensive contract that spelled out everything possible. They did an incredible job with a great crew, took care of surprise issues that came up and left behind a beautifully done, durable epdm roof that I probably won't worry about in the rest of my lifetime. I was hesitant to call Rackley because they do jobs on a massive scale, and my commercial roof is a mere 1,200 sq. ft. I was glad I called them. They came in a little higher than some other quotes, but in the long run, I believe I have a much better product more expertly installed than if I chose another roofing company in the Knoxville area.

They were a very professional company to work with and will use them again in future projects. Bill in sales and Ricky the crew leader did exactly what they were supposed to do. Good company to work for

Rackley’s team is dependable, customer oriented, and offers quality workmanship. We used them to replace the roof of our church. They were both efficient and excellent in their work for us.

I found this company because they came to our church to offer their services. The workers that came out were great. Even in the rain, they came and performed temporary repairs until the second crew came and made permanent repairs. I had a rood survey completed as well. This company is a professional company that has been around for 50 years. I will definitely call on them again

Rackley Roofing completed several roofing repair projects at our commercial building this year. From inspection - completion Emilie and her team did a great job communicating throughout the entire project. Even several follow-ups by Emilie to ensure we were satisfied with the work and the leaks were repaired. Highly recommend Rackley Roofing!!

Rackley Roofing did a great Job repairing the awning over our school gymnasium entrance. The work was done on time and the area cleaned up the same day. They also were patient with us during our funding approval process. All around they are a great company and great people to work with.

I had several leaks in in our roof that Emily came and met me about. They were here for Two days and have not had a drop of water get back in.

Your drivers need to focus on the damn road and not their cell phones at 424 on Monday, Aug 28 in busy traffic. Exiting 40 east bound off the papermill exit and your driver going 40 and brake checking completely unprofessional. Especially placing other lives in danger while he takes his phone call and is completely oblivious to traffic laws. Seriously do better! We have dashcam video for proof and will post as well.
