PTS were great. The engineer (Steve) who came to service our extinguishers was absolutely fantastic - Very Informative and friendly. Due to the nature of my role (Compliance/Facilities), I deal with a lot of third parties, so know how these visits tend to go. Steve really stood out, and seemed genuinely enthusiastic to provide information. I'd recommend PTS to anybody, and will be using them again next year.
