I've been dealing with Peel for a number of years now and I have never been disappointed. The mechanic, Cliff, always gives me personal calls about the status of my machines and is always professional. On the occasional times I have to order other materials, Ashley has always been super helpful and John has always helped me with my Stihl questions. Highly recommend!!

Just called to ask a simple question because I honestly don’t know what I am doing . The gentleman that picked up the phone was just absolutely rude!!! I appreciated the honesty, but he definitely needs to work on delivery!!! I am even more lost on what to do with my project! Thank Goodness for other companies in the area!

Don't deal with these people, as all they're thinking - green bills/ money - whatever they can get by ripping-off people!! - I dropped them Echo blower to fix - as a small engine little job - to replace ball primer (made of silicone) which cost pennies. They took $45 (non-refundable) to look at it, and because of one small screw was also missing there, Cliff - the technician called me saying he has to replace the carburetor?? at $217.00 cost.! The machine works fine, and I just recently replaced that carburetor. All I needed to replace was the silicone ball primer. So I took it to another place and they replaced the ball primer at $30 including labor! - mr. Cliff - mechanic is a Scammer, and the manager there seems to be the same, as all they think is how to rip-off customers!! They Both think people are 'stupid' I bought some products from this place before - such as garden soil, but it happened to be top soil when delivered- very bad quality, hard clay! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM, NOR DEAL WITH THIS PLACE!!

Great Customer Service, amazing and dedicated technical support. I was first supported by Ashley who helped me select an attachment for my trimmer. She went above and beyond by bringing in Cameron to teach me how to attach the head. Cameron was patient and willing to help. After purchasing it, I still had trouble and another guy (with Techo hat) helped me but we couldn’t figure it out. After the weekend I came back and Trevor started to research using manuals to figure out a solution. Which was discovered that the c-clip needed to be removed. Tyler (short guy) the small engine specialist helped remove it along with Cameron’s help to fit it on properly. Cameron also made sure I was aware how to use it properly. Overall I was given incredible support from start to finish. It turns out I had a STIHL trimmer that required specific tools to remove the head. Everyone helped me feel welcomed and also determined to get the job done. Trevor made great banter and assured me I’m not leaving today without a solution. Thank you. I highly recommend this place for all your landscaping needs.

Very poor customer services , I bought many bags of polymeric sand and one of then the color didn’t match the other ones , the cashier lady was really nice and she was trying to help but the manager Chris didn’t approved the exchange, he said no sorry the bag is open , there is many places near by that offer the same product I will make sure all of my clients shop elsewhere , horrible customer service over a $35 dollar bag 👎
