I have experienced working with Pax Law on multiple occasions, interacting with Mr.Mortazavai, Mr Haghjou and dear Ms.Kamand multiple times. The whole team are professional with a high level and up-to-date knowledge of immigration law. We, as a Persian community, are lucky to have this high-functioning law firm like this in BC. I interestingly came to know them through my Canadian lawyer, and I am delighted with all the services I have received from them. I will give six stars! for sure.

I had a TRP consultation at Pax Law with Samin Mortazavi and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I was charged $224 even though they knew my situation was urgent and stressful, and the consultation provided no new or helpful information. Just two hours later, they advertised a 50% discount, but told me it didn’t apply to me. When I called to express my concern, both the staff and the manager were dismissive and unprofessional. The manager even compared their service to Zara — which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. It seemed like the focus was more on getting me to sign a contract than actually helping. I do not recommend Pax Law for immigration services. ❌❌❌❌

I had a very disappointing experience with Mr. Samin Mortazavi. Unfortunately, his communication style with clients is extremely unprofessional, often using inappropriate language and showing a lack of basic courtesy. Respect and professionalism are essential in any client-facing role, and sadly, that was missing here. I strongly recommend choosing to work with someone who values and respects their clients, rather than someone who speaks in a degrading or disrespectful manner.

Everything went smoothly for the closing of my condo. The only downside was that strata holdbacks were not remitted to the strata corporation nor to me- amounting to an additional one thousand in closing costs.
