We couldn’t have asked for a smoother moving day! THANK YOU! From emptying our flat to moving everything to the new house, it was so smooth and they finished soooo quickly in the afternoon that we were so impressed! The team was so well organized and professional with floor, matresses, furniture and picture covers. We also liked that we only had to do a video consultation instead of in person as it made it so much quicker! The price was also competitive. We would highly recommend them, the guys were fantastic! Great communication from Cameron too before the move! Thank you for making our day completely stress free!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience! I had furniture from a 3-bed flat, several houseplants, and a big TV moved. Apart from minor damages to a few houseplants, everything arrived in excellent conditions. Communication, care of personal items, and efficiency were amazing. Friendly and professional staff, highly recommended!

The team from MoveStore were exceptional from the minute we submitted our quotation request right through to the removal itself! We only had a small move within Edinburgh city centre but on the day the moving team arrived at the time they agreed, were keen to understand exactly what was going where and were only to happy to help even when we had a last minute location move of a couple of pieces of furniture in the new location. Friendly, respectful of premises and super helpful. Would 100% recommend!

We needed all our furniture removed as we were having our floors sanded. We contacted MoveStore who were very quick to respond and provided clear instructions about the process .On the day, the 3 hardworking, polite young men who packed away our belongings were extremely careful and efficient when handling our belongings. Nothing was too much trouble for them. When our belongings were returned a week later, the same professionalism was evident. I would highly recommend MoveStore.

This was my first time using a removal company and I was quite nervous, especially with over two months of storage and a 200+ mile move involved. Cameron and the team made the whole process smooth from start to finish. They arranged a virtual walkthrough at a time that suited me, kept in regular contact leading up to moving day, packed everything quickly and carefully, and returned it all in the exact condition it left. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.
