We are genuinely sorry that some items were damaged during your move. While we appreciate that any damage is upsetting, we do not accept many of the statements made in this review.

To clarify the position, you were **not awarded compensation by the Sheriff Court**. The court did not make an award in your favour. We made the commercial decision to settle your claim for **£150** rather than incur the significant time and cost of spending numerous days in court.

Following your move, your claim was referred to the independent claims handling company appointed by our insurers, as is standard practice within the removals industry. After reviewing the evidence, they assessed your claim at **£813**, a figure that **we accepted and paid in full**. We appreciate that you believed your losses exceeded this assessment, and we are sorry that you remain dissatisfied with the outcome.

We take every complaint seriously, however, we believe this review contains several inaccurate and misleading statements.

We have been fortunate to help thousands of customers move home successfully, and our large number of genuine positive reviews reflects the level of service most of our customers receive. Whilst we regret that your experience fell below the standards we strive for, we also believe it is important that any public account of events accurately reflects what actually occurred.
