Disappointed
Had really good experiences with the weed. However, the vape I bought stopped working, I emailed and was given some suggestions to fix it- they didn’t work so they said they’d replace it. Sent them a photo and then they said they wouldn’t replace it as it’s an older version and they don’t sell it anymore. I don’t see how that’s my fault. Offered me a £20 off voucher instead. Incredibly disappointed as I’ve spent a LOT of money at Mountbliss and now I won’t buy from them again. Feel completely unvalued as a frequent customer.

Mounbtliss is amazing they have great products and even better service.
Delivery is great and sent in discreet packaging.
My vape did get clogged making it hard to vape but I powered through.
Only thing I wish they would do is provide a way to know when everything is being restocked been waiting on granddaddy purple to be restocked for ages.
