I highly recommend Mortgage HQ - always happy to answer my naive questions, they dealt with some of our unique circumstances smoothly and everything has happened nice and quickly.

Despite an incredibly protracted moving period (approaching 2 years for varying reasons!) - Joe was an absolute rock, always there to provide advice & guidance - and with a level of patience that I don't think many would possess. He is a gem of an adviser, always happy to spend time to explain some of the more complicated details, even throughout what was a very stressful period over the last year or so in terms of interest rate hikes and the general economic climate. If you're looking for someone to help you buy your first (or second, or third) house who is trustworthy, reliable, friendly and above all - just genuinely human - I couldn't recommend Joe & Mortgage HQ any more. Don't hesitate!

When other brokers told us we couldn’t get the type of mortgage we wanted, we approached Mortgage HQ after seeing their posts on TikTok and Sam managed to do what the others said was impossible. Sam has been brilliant the whole way through what some see as a stressful time. Him and Rachael kept us updated throughout the process and chased our solicitor when we hadn’t heard from them in a while. I HIGHLY recommend Sam at Mortgage HQ if you’re looking to buy a home. I cannot sing their praises enough.
