Rene and Narci went the extra mile, helping us to remove a large sheet of plywood from our basement to our backyard.They brought in industrial heaters and fans, dehumidifiers to be sure we got out all the moisture prior to treatment. Very caring, sincere team!

They inspected an apartment that I have been renting since March of 2021, they found mold growing in the bathroom and other rooms also. I would highly recommend them if you have any mold issues.

Very professional and on time to do the mold inspection and the remediation. Got it done and we were back home that day. Gave us instructions to get the house ready and there were no surprises.

They were so awesome to work with and I felt so well taken careful! I knew that mold busters has my best interest in mind. We had them come while we were out of town and had no issue with them in our house. They did turn off our furnace and didn’t switch it back on which also controls our AC. A few of my plants were totally baked when we got home and it was sweltering! Not really their fault though. Overall would highly recommend and will keep their phone number on hand!

We are so incredibly impressed by this amazing company! We found black mold in our daughters room and it smelled awful. We called a different company in the valley and our experience was an absolute nightmare, they took down the containment when there was still black mold everywhere and didn’t even find all the mold, there was a good amount of black mold on the 2x4s in our intake vent, it contaminated our whole house and everyone in our family got sick, including me at 34-35 weeks pregnant after going into preterm labor with a history of preterm labor in 2020, luckily they were able to stop my contractions and I came home from the hospital to this huge mess. We had to leave our home and stay with family because it was so bad, with a huge pregnant lady and a 2 year old it was really hard to pack up and leave. Luckily we found Mold Busters and they saved the day! They went above and beyond for our family and home! Our tech Derek was so professional and genuinely listened to our concerns and was a very hard worker! Everyone I spoke with in the company especially the owner Marci, was so incredibly helpful and so nice! Our home feels so great and we can’t express enough how grateful we are for this company! We loved working with them and they will be THE company we will use if we ever have another problem like this again. Thank you so much Mold Busters!!

We knew we had a mold problem, and with the Mold Buster company's expertise we discovered the origin of the problem. It took them parts of 2 days to physically remove the mold, then a third day to "dry fog" the house. They were amazing - kind, concerned, professional, prompt to the minute. Some of the obvious small bits of black mold were brown powder after the mitigation. Our clothing smells better now when it comes out of the washer, and previously grayish- or yellowish-white clothes are now whiter. We have hope that our cleaner house will lead to better health for all of us.

Last September we were looking at a home to purchase in Cache Valley. We found a home we really liked however noticed an overpowering moldy smell in the basement. We asked for a special mold testing to be done by Brighton Inspection, whose test results came back with no mold. Trusting their inspection we bought the house, however continued to smell the odor. When the doors were shut to the outside of the house the smell would even creep up to the upstairs.
We called Mold Busters and Rene and Marci did the most thorough inspection to reveal mold sources in the basement storage area, bathroom and bedroom from being previously flooded through the windows, plus on top and under carpets (even finding mold from scoping damage deep within the walls). They were able to take care of the smell without disrupting our walls and were thorough enough to let us know that it needed two treatments to take care of not just the basement, but the upstairs rooms too, through our vents. They also had referrals to offer for vent cleaning.
Both Rene and Marci give of their time, they are genuine, and most of all give you honest inspections and results. You don't get that anymore these days.
Our smell is gone, and we are so grateful to them!!!
