She updated us daily on any changes in the market and managed to secure us a rate before it increased the next day - saving us money! Following on from this, Jo then connected us with Dan who talked us through all of the insurance options available to us as new home owners. There was no obligation and Dan didn’t make us feel any pressure regarding what policies we should and shouldn’t take. We are first time buyers and it’s a lot to take in, so their process made it super easy for us. We would use P10 again in a heartbeat!

P10 financial sourced our first mortgage and then refinanced it two years later and continued to scour the market for lower rates. Even getting our approved lender to reduce our rate when they came to market with new rates. we started with a 5.33% rate and as the lender kept reducing, Jo got them to honor those new rates with us. Dropping to 4.94% then 4.74% and now 4.44% all within the timeframe of getting the mortgage approved. Jo's advice was top notch and I would recommend her and P10 to anyone
