DeWayne & Rico were great! Even though it was rainy and gross out, they took the time to answer some questions about my pool and made sure the pump for my cover was all set up. I appreciate their positive attitudes even on a super rainy day!

Memphis pool in collierville has been my store for a few years and it’s mainly due to the great service I have received from all the staff but mainly Mr. John. The man is extremely knowledgeable but more importantly he’s genuine and trustworthy. Had an issue with my pump just today and thought I needed an entire new motor but rather than just sell me a new one, he walked me thru how to repair my existing and I’m back up and running same day and didn’t have to completely break the bank. I’ll always come back as long as he’s there! Thank you John!

Can’t express enough what a great employee John Forrester is at this location. It is the only place I will go for anything pool and spa. He was working on a part for me yesterday so I had a seat to wait. I watched 3 customers come in and go straight to him. All knew him by name. He was able to help all 3 while working on the part for me. He is excellent.

I had contacted them for an estimate to repair a leak on my in-ground pool. The skimmers were the source of the leak and that meant my concrete deck would have to be busted up and replaced as part of the work. They contract this work out and the company they use did not provide me with good customer service. They repeatedly lied to me stating that they had provided Memphis Pool with the estimate when they had not. This went on for over a couple of weeks with me even asking Memphis Pool if they had another company that they used and was told they did not. It finally got to the point where the company stated that they had emailed Memphis Pools project manager and the person in the office stated she was copied on the email and therefore knew it had been sent over. It was at this point that Memphis Pool stepped in since they were now lying on their employee. I feel that since both of us were POC, they felt that they could do this and get away with it. The estimate for the total work was almost the cost of a new pool and I considered having the pool filled in rather than pay for the repair. I got another estimate from another BBB A+ company and they were less than half the cost for the total job. Just get another estimate from other companies before going with them. I now have a metal plate in my leg and my elderly mom lives in the guest cottage on the other side of the pool. This company put in a ramp, a rail on the steps in to the pool, and graduated steps on the side of the deck by the cottage at no additional cost.

Memphis Pool provided outstanding service for our pool this summer. They cleaned and opened our pool on time, and the weekly maintenance provided us information about what actions they had taken and recommendations for us to follow. They communicated very well, and we have used them for the last few years.

Memphis Pool Service - Shaun Green is the absolute best. No task is too much trouble, great diagnostician, takes the initiative to correct potential issues, and communicates very well. We don’t have to worry about our pool, year in or year out, because Shaun takes care of everything. Thank you, Shaun!
