We could not have wished for a better service on what was for us a very emotional day. Nick Oliff ( the owner) was incredibly easy to deal with in arranging the move. The removal van was on time in arriving at the storage depot. Having loaded up the van then came to our flat to load additional items before going on to our daughter’s new home in Salford Quays. The whole experience could not have been smoother. What really impressed us however was the courtesy & respect demonstrated by each of the three young removal men which you rarely come across nowadays. They were so decent, caring and polite. Extra items were added into our move and the price was renegotiated and reasonable.

From my first phone call with Nick, to waving the team goodbye yesterday, I have nothing but praise for this company,
I was so anxious about the move , being on my own, but this team made it go smoothly not only with professionalism, but with kindness and personality. Marie and Jack were truly fantastic and were joined by Ollie and James to get me moved in.
All 4 of them were great fun, helpful, courteous. Each one of them is a credit to you.
Marie and Jack came to pack the first day, They calmed by nerves and anxieties and worked proficiently with great banter.. On moving day they did not complain, just worked around problems of moving the bigger items out of the house.
The team shone, once we where at my new home.
I found out , I had no water.
Marie went above and beyond, and, with Jack, managed to get my boiler water pressure up so that I could have water.
To cap it all, the quote Nick gave me was so reasonable, that to go with Mcr Removals and Storage , was a no brainer. Hence a 5 star review for the 5 people who have helped me so much. A fantastic experience. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you so much. Melanie

Fantastic service from Nick and the team. Nick quoted based off a video call tour of the house which was really convenient for us. Exchange and completion was pretty chaotic and last minute but the team were super flexible and accommodating, which really helped. We went for a full packing service, which was very reasonably priced, and it was easily the best money we spent. We didn’t pack anything at all and left it all to Nick and team. On moving day, the team made sure all the furniture was where we wanted it, rebuilt the furniture that they’d taken down to move, and made sure boxes were in the right rooms to make unpacking easier. We’d definitely recommend!
