I had endolaser today as a model at Matrix. I cannot express how happy I am nit only with tge amazing results. But Natalie the trainer is exceptional. I have been to many aesthetic providers. Both privately and as a model. To medics and academies. I do find academies to be quite low market and not take health or hygiene as seriously as medics. However, Matrix are outstanding in this. Moreover, Natalie and her students really cared about the welfare of the patient. I drove almost 70 miles for this treatment. Quite honestly I cannot see the point now in ever going anywhere else. 5 stars all round. Thanks everyone for an amazing treatment. I'm over the moon.

Smashing it!! I think Matrix may be my favourite place! Yesterday I had lip filler treatment as a model. Done by trainee Susan, not only was she hella gentle my lips look amazing and better than I imagined. She was super thorough, listened to what I wanted and executed it to perfection I’m so so pleased! The training at Matrix is top tier and such a calm and warm environment in which to learn and thrive! Massive shout out to head honcho Natalie, Jude and the rest of the trainees. Absolutely smashing it! Would 100 %recommend booking in for some treatments. PS… I am not responsible for the “milk incident”

I had training with Natalie Worster for polyneclotide and skin boosters. It was absolutely Incredible experience and exceeded all my expectations! I had one to- one training with Natalie and completed my polynucleotide and skin booster training with Matrix Hair and Beauty Academy, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Natalie, my trainer, was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly thorough, making sure I felt confident and fully understood every step of the process. The training was very hands-on, with lots of practical, well-structured, and delivered in a friendly and supportive environment. Natalie explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable asking questions throughout and also is very a calm presents that really helps to instill you with confidence in your achievements. I left the course feeling skilled, prepared, and excited to offer these treatments to my clients. With all the knowledge I felt I had gained . I was also allowed to record and document the day which helped greatly as you can watch back exactly how the treatments are performed when needed. Which is excellent if you a the type of learner that learns best by visually seeing instead of reading from a manual. Laser & IPL I have just attended the Laser Hair Removal and IPL course at Matrix with Lynn as my tutor and it was fantastic. I was provided with all the necessary materials before the assessment which were very informative. My tutor Lynn supported myself and the other learners throughout the theory practical day which left me feeling so much more confident. Natalie was really helpful and friendly as soon as I arrived and the set up of the academy itself is amazing!

I attended the Matrix Academy for my two days training course where my tutor Lynn was amazing! She provided us with helpful tips, support and guidance when treating patients. She made you feel so relaxed and confident in what you are doing. I felt so at ease having her there and she provided a lot of useful notes/ tips to take away from the training and she was so professional and friendly Natalie the owner of the Matrix Academy was also very warm and welcoming and made you feel comfortable. Natalie also provided useful insurance companies details to contact. I would highly recommend them both if you want hands on support in your training in level 4 Anatomy & Physiology / tattoo removing , Carbon facial laser ,skin rejuvenating, laser hair removal and vein removal. They were so knowledgeable, professional and really hands on! X The organisation pre course and navigating the portal was very easy to follow thanks to Alicia 🙏🏽for your patience and understanding.

I travelled from Northern Ireland previously, and had a horrific experience with another academy, naturally I was apprehensive about travelling to Matrix to retrain. There was no need to be! From the second I arrived I knew I was going to trained by a skilled professional, passionate about the training. Visited Matrix to achieve Advanced Anti-Wrinkle. Was greeted by Natalie upon arrival, what a friendly, warm and amazing tutor she was! The practical side of the course was amazing! Lots of different age ranges and skin types for treatments. The models were great, making it so much easier to relax and treat. The whole day I felt at ease that I was in great hands to learn these new skills. I will 100% be returning to complete more course's!! She's even saved me £100s on my insurance!!! Just amazing!!!

By far the best training school I have trained with. I attended the Tattoo Removal & Carbon Facial course on 29th July 2025 and I have to say that I was really impressed. My initial interaction with Alicia who is the sales manager was a positive one, and she really was the reason that I booked the course with Matrix in the first place, she answered all my questions in a friendly but professional manner sent me all the course information I needed to make my decision and generally made me feel confident about booking with Matrix. I have recently had a lot of training at a couple of other Beauty / Aesthetics schools and the difference was clear from the minute I walked into the building. The trainer on the day was Charlene and she was amazing!! Charlene is very knowledgeable, patient and professional. I left there feeling very satisfied and confident. There’s very few places or people in life that can restore a broken humanity. Hitting middle age, unhappy with my career choices, I spent months looking for an academy that would allow training without previously being in the beauty industry, that was also flexible. With a toddler at home and limited child care, re training seemed an unreachable and unrealistic choice for me. I came across Matrix googling the aesthetics courses I was interested in. Not only were they local they offered the flexibility I needed. They worked with me to find the perfect date and time for me to do the course and this was all before actually stepping through the doors. For me personally new places and new people comes with a world of anxiety not to mention being a fish out of water venturing in to aesthetics. Within seconds of meeting Natalie my fears and worries were immediately vaporised for the first time in years I felt alive again. Learning new skills possibilities becoming a reality but most of all that there are people out there that will still hold out a hand. The facilities at The academy are flawless, the teaching is relaxed, thorough and friendly and the admin and organisation pre course is effortless all making this new venture something to look forward to. I will continue expanding my training and development with Matrix, I cannot recommend them enough. Push doubt aside and book!!!

Hands down the best training I’ve ever had. I’ve done a few with other companies and they were awful, but this one was the total opposite. Everything was super easy thanks to a great teacher, and by the end I felt really confident doing things on my own. Can’t recommend it enough!

I really enjoyed the training with Natalie at the Matrix Academy on Thursday. I have been in this industry for nearly ten years, i am a nurse from Bristol with my own clinic, so it was a long drive but worth every penny. I must say this has been one of my favourite training sessions. Natalie really cares about your learning, doesn't over fill the class with students thus, enabling students with enough hands on practice. Natalie i found to be a really lovely genuine down to earth trainer. She is very knowledgeable with a wealth of experience which she clearly loves sharing with her students. I found her to be very professional and not money driven (like most) Life time support is offered with a free refresher if need be. That just speaks for it self??
