My mother contacted Mason General after a terrible accident occurred at our home- a neighbor’s vehicle crashed into the yard, destroying brickwork, a full garden, and iron fencing. When we reached out, we were answered promptly and professionally. They helped us through the entire process and were so patient with the insurance process which took very long to resolve. They were patient and understanding and came right away once things from the accident were finally resolved. The work they did was INCREDIBLE!!! The debris from the accident was cleared, our bricks look brand new and beautiful, and they were able to keep the exact same design we had prior to the accident. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. This team is PHENOMENAL!!!!!

When I tell you this story. I needed my driveway and walkway demoed plus I need it to be 4 inches deeper and replace with cement. First company said "no problem" they can do it. They said they can do the ENTIRE job. Ok, they did Demo work, massive bags of broken up concrete everywhere in my driveway. At the end of the day they informed me that they had no way of removing it but still wanted to be paid. I was upset... I mean BROOKLYN UPSET. It stayed in my driveway for days. My girlfriend referred me to this company (why didn't she give me this referral from the beginning is another story). I was nervous but they did everything I needed. They cleared the demo work, dug 4 additional inches and laid that cement smoother than a baby's butt. He saved me from ripping my hair out. He sent pictures through every step (did I mention I was at work and they were at my home doing this Home Improvement). He even went so far as to pick me up on my lunch break drive me back to the house so I can see the work and then take me back to my place of employment. He is professional, on time and has the best work ethics. He listened to everything I had to say even when I said it three times. He put me at ease in the process went so smoothly.
