ON OPENING THE VAN DOOR, SOME ITEMS WERE NOT SECURED BUT SCATTERED AROUND THE FLOOR.
THEY SAID I HAD TO PAY FOR 4 STORAGE UNITS, BUT I MANAGED TO GET THEM INTO JUST 3?

We're sorry if you were unhappy with how the move turned out. We try to give our customers the most accurate estimates possible, but we can only estimate based on what we are told about what needs moving and our estimates are never guarantees. If there is more stuff than illustrated on the phone or it is larger than expected, naturally we sometimes have to make two trips and this costs more.
Also, are you sure you have the right company, as we don't use storage units?

We wanted a mattress and divan base moving. I contacted them and they have a good price. We weren’t sure when the new bed was arriving so couldn’t confirm the date. We rang the day before and they kindly arranged to come the next day at 9 in the morning. Friendly, professional, speedy. Highly recommend

Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Removal men made multiple weird comments about how I'm "too young to be moving", how I don't look older than 16 and comments about my looks which made me feel really uncomfortable. I paid £150 for a one bed flat removal however they only took 5 items of furniture and refused to take half my items saying that "they had other stuff to be doing and I'm not their only job of the day". Which meant I had to spend for another removal van to come.
The men smashed my bookcase which I said was no problem as I understood that accidents happen.
The men also dropped my tv on the pavement outside my house, laughed about it and when I rang up the office to find a solution the man on the phone swore at me, called me a liar and hung up. He said that it's my word against his and no one is going to believe me against a 5 star company, his mum called me a ‘stupid b****’ in the background of the phone call and said at least they still have a working tv unlike me - resulted in me in tears.
After multiple phone calls I got given a £150 cex voucher as blackmail for not writing a review - which didn't even cover half of the price of my brand new £500 tv they smashed!
The company is now denying they ever did this removal in the first place when I have the texts, confirmation and bank transfers to prove it.

They broke multiple items of mine, and my families, didnt even move all of our stuff, had to go back, and took an hour 1/2 to do so, because whilst in the middle of doing our job, they went and did another, which wasn't even the entire problem. Even though it was extremely unprofessional..
The problem I had was that when I went to complain, and make note to their customer service about items breaking, and lack of professionalism, they threatened to take me to court over it, and called me and my family names.
We even tipped them way more than the quote given. You should be open to criticism, and not be threatening your costumers over it. Disgusting company.
Everything was taken and tied and blanketed 700 other reviews have had no problem. Why did you not call sorry but what’s broken kind regards Jenny Bloom

These gentlemen were very helpful and kind. I've just recently had a child and can't do much at the moment, and my husband is away. The movers did everything they could to help and make it easy for me and her, taking stuff to exactly where I needed it and helping me get around when needed. I definitely recommend these people. I spoke to Paul about a week before my moving date and not having a specific date in mind,
he kindly gave me a provisional date with a moving deposit which gave me the flexibility to change the date if required, which alleviated any potential stress of not having a removal date.
On the day of arrival they were prompt and even a little earlier than expected. Phil and his team were both friendly and polite, respectful of the property. Timely and efficient.
I appreciated them going the extra mile and putting my bed together and plumbing in my washing machine. Knowing I didn’t need to worry about getting the bed up, was a huge relief.
These guys were brilliant and do a fantastic job, would highly recommend
