Scam!!! Avoid at all costs, along with all associated brands.
This website needs shutting down. The Dalley family (@thedalleyedit if you need some to direct your frustrations to) seem to run multiple websites of similar nature all scamming customers out of their money. All giving excuses of not having stock and not refunding people. AVOID at all costs....mmuk, the skin hut, male.skin all the same group of scammers.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! I placed a large order and one of my items was missing. After chasing this up they said it wasn’t in stock (still showing as in stock online) and it would be sent to me asap. Two weeks later I’ve chased up the order again and asked for a refund, they have since said it’s been delivered and I won’t be refunded. I haven’t received the item which cost over £50 and haven’t had a refund!! Do not use this site!

Many products not in stock with website not reflecting online shop. Polite customer service but very slow to refund and only did so once prompted. Wife also brought items - same problems as above. In addition, intentionally sent wrong item out in replace of an item that wasn't in stock, meaning we now need to go through the faff of returning the item we didn't order as they won't refund without. Plenty of other business out there to order from. Won't order from here again.

Scam contact national fraud centre
Same experience and same result. Huge scam. Report to your bank to claim back, contact trading standards and log with national fraud centre. Reference below if needed. I hope they get what they deserve!

Same pattern as other customers - AVOID MALESKIN
I'll repeat what everyone else below stated: do not order from this company. On 17th June I placed my order, chased on 22nd and got the same message as customers below (and on Trustpilot). Trusted the company, that it actually was an issue with the supplier and chased again. There was always an excuse and delay. Got enough and out of curiosity checked the reviews - too late! I should have done it before purchasing.

Never received my order
All went wrong.
- made an order last Thursday and next day got email saying one item is not available. Agreed with the replacement product.
- got email on Saturday, that my order got shipped and it goes in two packages since they are from different warehouses.
- delivery was on Tuesday, but it was only a substitute item.
- sent an email asking to share a tracking link for the rest of the order.
- got answer saying it was delivered.
- I mentioned that only 1 substitute item was delivered out the full order with 4 items.
- Never came back.

The BIGGEST SCAM I EVER SEEN!!! BE AWARE!!!
Shocking experience. The company advertises products, that are never available in stock. They take the payments, send the email with the apology for being out of stock, and guess what? They will keep the money.
It is happening regularly, and I can't believe, no one has been prosecuted for such criminal activities.

Protect Yourself - Do Not Shop with Maleskin - It is a scam website
Same experience as most on this review site. I ordered something; Transaction went through; Was sent an email stating it was out of stock; Was told I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days; Never got the refund; A month passed, after a few emails sent to their customer service and calls made as well; No answer.
Best advice to protect yourself is to avoid this company and website.

DISHONEST & UNRELIABLE
I placed an order with them over a week ago, since then they’ve constantly told me that my order is being shipped but I’d never receive a tracking number. This continued when I asked to cancel my order and get refunded. They continued to drag it out claiming that the order will be shipped tomorrow but it never was. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!!! There are enough negative experiences online to tell you so.

Late delivery
All my products did arrive but U will wait at least 2 seeks for delivery. They do sell products that are out of stock then blame royal mail for late delivery. They always have the best discount but I would rather pay that bit extra and use another company
