I wouldn’t suggest this company, they have used my designs and model without any consent free of cost for their free marketing advertisements. A person will pay full price for the 3d printing service while this company will use it to market over various platforms for me it was mass mailing while it led to leak of my design and destroyed my 7 months of graduation project work. I am left with nothing while i have my exams in the next week. Please don’t trust this 3d printing service for your prints Note- I wasn’t asked before using my designs and models for their marketing benefit. This seems like a scam to me. On top the staff is very unfriendly and not at all co-operative the marketing person talked very harshly and the abruptly cut the call while saying do what you want to do we have no time for your problem.

I am Shamima Khatoon , researcher at DEI,Agra and Proncipal Investigator Women Scientist-B in DST KIRAN Ministry of Science and Technology Project. Iam using Pratham 3.0 from September 2021, and continuously publishing international papers in conferences and Journals. The printer's user friendly operating steps, fully automatic bed leveling with 9 point probing using BL Touch sensor, high resolution and tolerance, result in lesser deviation between designed and print model. I have tried 0.25 and 0.3mm nozzles also which further produces more accurate prints. The printer prints well all polymer filaments including PMMA transparent and PLA transparent also. The best part is least maintence and repair and if any, resolved very smoothly. I am an electronic engineer and still Pratham 3.0 is such a nice printer that it gives me confidence to explore the AM techniques further.
