Rubbish Company
I bought 3 dresses last August for a Vintage Festival - only one was suitable when they arrived so arranged to send two back & get a Refund - They offered me all sorts of Refunds & Offers & I was back & forth for months with them. I eventually accepted an 80% Refund which I would receive once they received the goods back. I sent them back at my own cost but have not had any Refund!! The dresses I sent back in September landed back on my doorstep yesterday (13/2/24) 5 months later!!!!!

Scammers
This site is a scam be careful buying from them. I bought a coat in November. Color was different and size was too small. Contacted them to ship item back. They tried to offer me all sorts of discounts ect, they eventually agree to refund me the entire amount. It’s now Jan and I still have not received my refund, when I contact them I get told they refunded and that I should contact my bank which of course I did. My bank asked for proof they sent me a slip showing the money was refunded but shows an acc number that is not mines. All they keep saying is contact your bank. Don’t but here!!! 🤬😤

Refund Information NOT included with package!
Delivery times too long and when received expensive dress bundled in a bag. Sizing is terrible. NO information included on how to return. I have been spending a huge amount of computer time trying to find out HOW to return this dress. I have a lot of money to receive back. So far, terrible company to do business with. Will NEVER order from them again!!

Avoid
I ordered some heated socks but my wife bought some before they arrived, so I asked to return them about 10 days later.
I was told that their terms were 7 days and that I couldn't return them. I looked at the link in the email and it said 14 days. When I challenged them they said I could return the item - to China- at my own expense and it would cost up to $40 (for an item that cost £28) so obviously not worth it.
Because the terms quoted are in breach of uk law I can claim back on my credit card.
Do yourselves a favour and use Amazon - it might be a few quid more expensive but at least you avoid having to deal with a cowboy company like this.

Garbage
Rip off. Poor quality, holes in fabric, sizing is terrible. Returned items 2 months ago to CHINA and still waiting on refund, less the $65.00 postage. There are better companies that do this in America.

Poor quality
2 hoodies arrived a month late, should have been cotton but was a poor substituted polyester and completely shapeless. Refund policy was non-existent as was trying to make a deal with 20% off 30% off and keep the item or alternatively pay postage for only buy certain couriers to return the items and wait for a refund. Needless to say PayPal stepped in in order to get my refund

Do NOT buy from LightinTheBox. I bought 2 dresses. I had the, out of the box/bag for less than 2 minutes. The quality and sizing were poor. It was ridiculously difficult getting the directions to return the dresses. I did everything they told me to do to return them. The dresses cost me a total of $286. The return shipping cost $71. I have not gotten a refund. Amazon is no help. Definitely find another place to make your purchases.

Not to be trusted
Pajama bottoms didn't match the colour of the top. Also dark greasy marks. I asked to return for a refund but they tried to talk me into accepting them for a 50% refund. I refused. They want me to pay for postage back to China. Now they are ghosting me. Last time I deal with Chinese suppliers - it seems to me that they just have a different moral code to us.

Faulty broken lights
Lights came damaged and now expected to pay for postage to return item. Customer service did say they would refund postage on receipt of payment. Totally useless as would not get lights back before Christmas. Will never buy from here again lost £200 on lights that were faulty, shown pictures of literally after I had taken the lights out of the box not even put them up. Absolutely disappointed in the service will never buy from here again

Avoid this company like the plague .More Chinese crap. I bought a pair of hiking trousers described as warm, waterproof and windproof. What I received was a micro thin pair of nylon trousers of very poor quality and size. I have to give one star to complete the review. Trying to get a refund is just impossible, offered a 50% voucher to add insult to injury. Save your time and money. I will stick to Amazon for excellent service and no quibble prompt returns and refunds, light in the box , more like - S**te in the box

Scandulous daylight robbers
Total SCAM! They give you a list to choose from as to why you wish to RETURN but then present you with a long paragraph that amounts to NO, but you can have 10% off your next order.
DO NOT WASTE your money or time on these SCAMMERS. Best to stick with Shein or even Temu. At least you can trust those 2 companies to demonstrate ingregity with their customers and honour ALL requests for returns/refunds made within the specified timeframe.

HORRIBLE COMPANY
This boot is very lovely. It arrived fasted. But didnt fit. It was too small. To return any product from Lightinthebox is a hastle. They dont refund you the full price and if you get store credit you cannot purchase anything that is the same cost as your store credit. You have to buy something 3x more than your store credit. Who does this!!! This company is a rip off. As soon as I am done resolving this return with them, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM. I suggest you dont either!!!

Never ever!
I ordered a coat, still advertised as "warm witner jacket", highlighted by a photo totally different in every possible way from the one I got delivered yesterday. The one on the website well-cut with vivid colours, the item they have sent is shabby with faded patterns and of the lowest quality imaginable.
Lightinthebox might be suitable for buying kitchen utensils, gardening tools or even bags but as for clothing, I suggest you try something else, don't be taken in by the photos.
