I am writing to express my concerns regarding the level of professionalism observed at the children's academy. I have noted that the behavior of the children's supervisor (Ms. Jackson)was discourteous. My daughter, who is three years old and diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, sustained an injury when her finger inadvertently became caught in a door during her time at the facility. It was recommended that I seek an aide for her, as one-on-one support is not available. While I am disappointed with this experience, I perceive an opportunity for improvement. My daughter is highly functional; however, it appears that there is a need for a deeper understanding of autism spectrum disorders within this facility. It seems that autistic children are not fully embraced here, but I remain hopeful for a future in which their unique needs are recognized and adequately supported. The current environment does not reflect inclusivity.

Had the worst experience ever at this gym with a front desk employee named Shannon. She was even covering her name tag when I asked for her name. I’ve been going to this gym for a few years now, and I’ve never encountered such a rude and sadistic person or worker.
I arrived at the gym around 10 PM after a long day at work and realized I had forgotten my Lifetime ID pass. I explained that I had forgotten it and drove over 45 minutes to get there. She told me I couldn’t get in. I mentioned that I’ve been coming to this gym for over three years and had driven 45 minutes to get there, but she still refused to let me in.
She had a grin on her face as I exited through the door. I’ve seen her working on weekend nights, and she never smiled or seemed happy to be there. But that night, when she saw me walking out, she was smiling with joy. Absolutely disgusting. I’m surprised Lifetime would hire people like her. She is such a pathetic and sadistic person.

Gym is great has everything you need , the older lady at the front desk is literally the worst. Came in last night and she gave us a hard time for no reason kept saying I’m the only one at the desk I can’t do anything meanwhile it was a Friday night no one was walking in. They should be hiring people who actually do their job. The whole point of being a member concierge is to address the needs of the gym member. She turned around telling us we need to come in during the day. We are professionals who have businesses we don’t have time to come in during the day because you’re too lazy to do your job. Lifetime needs to look into this

Did a trial here. It was extremely crowded on a random Tuesday morning. There were not enough machines or treadmills. The music was blasting loud. It was honestly my worst/most stressful gym experience ever.
This place is worth it if you want to play basketball or pickleball, but absolutely not worth hundreds if you want a traditional workout.

I used to like this gym, till everything started breaking and repairs take so long. To be paying the hundreds of dollars every month the recovery section should always be up to date, every time I go there either the massage chair is not working or the cryo lounge… welp today the normatech chairs are not reclining fully- only 2 out of the 3 kind of work- it’s been forever and we are missing the arm sleeve for one of the arms and one of the zippers on the leg sleeve are broken. Not even talking about the showers where there are left over towels, tissues and razors which makes it very uncomfortable, for the price we are paying they should have an employee in the locker rooms at all times keeping them clean and providing the necessities. I'm consistently stepping on a razor in the shower area. The sauna hasn't been deep cleaned in forever I guess, you can clearly see build up of mold in between the wood, are they trying to get people sick. There are always kids running around the workout machines, like great now iI need to worry about if this kid gets hurt because of me, its a total distraction and so unmotivating. The employees are half and half, half great half not so good. I thought the gym had a limit to the amount of gym memberships they allow again I guess not, its packed like an LA Fitness. To receive all the amenities you probably be paying around $500+ a month, its not like they can workout for me. This is absurd for this gym- they are lowering their standards. This gym is clearly excessively expensive and a waste of money. Its time for some change as this is clearly highway robbery.

This location is so convenient and they got new machines but honestly, the new machines they should have gotten is the lying hamstring curl and the leg press because when I use it it feels like it’s from the 80s the lying hamstring curl And the leg press are so old my old $50 a month gym had a better lying hamstring and leg press. They’re like 20 years old. You guys need to upgrade those not the machines that are fine. Also High traffic lifetime if you’re trying to get more space better machines and more personal space go to Syosset. I will also never forget the day I was sitting in the hot tub and there was a Band-Aid right next to me and I asked the girl that was working there if she could pick it up and she told me that it wasn’t her job. That’s the type of people you Higher to work at a 290 a month gym no respect for members.

i’ve come in as a guest to workout with my boyfriend who has been a member since the location opened and had the misfortune of having to deal with Sharon at the front desk multiple times. Every time it’s a headache in the front having to answer a bunch of questions and jump through hoops and it’s only with her. completely ridiculous

This gym completely sucks. Machines and equipment worn down as hell and it’s always packed and overcrowded. Basketball court is a disaster- got 40-50 year old grown men hogging the court thinking it’s an nba g league tryout. Some of the most pathetic ppl I’ve met. Couldn’t cancel fast enough

The blond girl at the front desk on Sunday seems to take excessive pride in giving people a hard time to enter the facility and is determined to minimize their expectations of an enjoyable experience. Really, if you take pride in being a perfect watch dog, I wonder how much fulfillment you get out of life when you’re not guarding the entrance for your masters?

Great facility, but unquestionably overpriced, and over crowded maybe it's a bragging thing to say you're able to spend almost $4,000 a year for a gym membership to impress..
Sure it's amazing and the classes are great but your work out results are going to be based on your effort not how much you spend annually.
Difficult to get parking.
But love the facility.

With all-clubs access it becomes so apparent that this location is trash. Front desk reps are aloof, calls always go to voicemail regardless of the day/time you call, equipment is in desperate need of replacement and the training space is littered with garbage, the green turf has a disgusting collection of hair along the perimeter.
