This place is so cool! They gave me an awesome blue toothbrush and toothpaste, and they were really kind to give me a card with the place's address. It's so cool that I am going to keep the card in my room and guess what? It didn't hurt at all! The decorations are awesome, and they even have Ninja Turtles! Dr. Babak Movaghar is the best and the only dentist I've seen so far. This is my perspective as a nine year old kid, thank you.

Had an appointment with my son today. This place was very unprofessional. The front desk staff had her child with her at work and the whole time she kept telling her daughter to get underneath the desk and to shut up. When I was trying to ask her for help on the new patient paperwork. Then at checkout the manager who checked me out was talking to all her coworkers instead of giving me my sons paperwork and to where he had to get referred too. Very unprofessional staff. I thought the patients came first instead of talking about personal matters. Need better staff at this facility.

I absolutely love the layout of the office. When you come in there's beautiful art reminiscent of a jungle environment with beautiful foliage and animals. Along side the wall are touch screens with educational games children can play in addition to a tv. The wait was not long at all. I had 3 children seen within 1.5 hrs. The fact I was able to schedule them all together was amazing. I highly recommend this dental office.

Soooooo very happy to have switched to this dentist for my children. They leave with a better experience with all staff, especially with Dr. Movaghar. My experience with the front office staff is so much better than where we’ve been going for the past few years. So thankful to have peace of mind from start to finish! I Would recommend Kool Koala a million times over!

I was nervous taking my daughter to her first appointment. Dr. Ballard and his team made me and my toddler feel comfortable and put all my worries to rest. The staff had my daughter smiling and laughing all the way out the door. She did amazing for her first visit and all credit is to the wonderful pediatric team. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Very good To the customers and are very nice

Wonderful experience! The wait time was less than 3 minutes, the staff was very polite friendly and gave me some insight of his teeth in the near future. They made my son and I very comfortable. Definitely recommend Kool Koala Pediatric!

We had a great visit with Dr. B. Movahahar. He explained what he was doing and used examples the kids could understand. Dr. M gave me tips on how to improve my children’s maintaining their teeth. All staff members are pleasant and answered my questions about billing and appointments. A truly welcoming environment.

Best dentist by far! Dr Movaghar was excellent! My child felt comfortable and didn't feel anything. My child said " This was the best dentist ever!" Dr. Ballard was also excellent! He is very personable and great with the kids! We will definitely be back!

Dr. Movaghar is great with kids. He's patient, efficient and diligent. His staff is friendly and very welcoming. Office is nice open and clean also has games/tv to keep the kids occupied until it's their turn. We will definitely keep this as our dental office.
