We had done our gas pipe and gas range installation couple of years back. The gas pipe and range installation was done alright. However, on a recent inspection it was found that anti-tip is not installed in the gas range. I called the climate works guy multiple times, left voice messages and texted them. These guys are complete unprofessional. It was their responsibility to install the anti-tip bracket which came along with the gas range.
I will never avail their service again.

I had a bathroom pipe burst. When I called Climate Works they were very helpful and promptly booked an appointment. Chris came to our house and he was very knowledgeable and professional and fixed the issues and answered all our question. Would highly recommend this company

Climate Works' technician Alex showed up this morning on time and ready to go to work. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Alex cleaned and checked our furnace and then hooked up a new gas kitchen range; he then helped to level the stove and made sure everything worked. I have to say CW gives impressive service, from the emails ahead of Alex's arrival, to the spotless job site upon his departure. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC work in the home. (I originally gave 5 stars, but read on)
Two years later, A VERY DIFFERENT STORY. I sent a letter to CW a week ago describing more HVAC work I'd like; I was sent no reply, I sent two follow-ups, again no reply, not even an acknowledgement of my letter. Perhaps company philosophy or owner has changed? One week, and no response from them. Sadly I'd recommend looking elsewhere for responsive, professional HVAC work.

Jamie and Jayden arrived 15 minutes before scheduled time and laid down carpeting through my house and basement stairs to keep everything clean. They did an excellent job of removing and replacing our HRV. Our old one was not wired for a control panel, nor was it set up to cycle in unison with my furnace fan. They expertly fished the wiring through to a very challenging location to match with my furnace/ac panel. They relocated the venting from what my builder had originally done which cleaned up a considerable amount to space in my furnace room.
Jamie also did a excellent job of walking me through the control panel and explaining the various options that I should test based on the variables of each house/homeowner's specific environments.
