Kokua has been our IT solutions provider since 2006. Our system is networked and protected through Kokua, including the latest security implementations that proved to be timely two months later. The day-to-day minor issues that occur with computer systems, plus the larger ones that come along, are handled with professionalism and courtesy. Kokua is always responsive, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. First and foremost, Kokua’s team's technical proficiency is unparalleled. They possess a deep understanding of the latest technologies and trends. This organization is terrific. I've been doing business with them for >30 years. They serviced my lawfirm and continue to give me great service since my retirement. Kokua did a full migration of data and email accumulated over 20 years which was housed on a number of hard drives in desktop computers. They then installed everything on a new state-of-the-art laptop. This upgrade changed my life. I can now work from anywhere at any time. Thank you, Kokua!

It's been 2 years since my review below and I still can't say enough great things about Kokua. Kellyann has been a joy to work with and is so helpful with every issue. Every phone call Kellyann is amazing! Kelly is a joy to speak with and work with. Stephen always has a solution for every technical problem we encounter and Joe has the most patience ever! They are simply the best! 2 years ago: I can’t saw enough great things about Kokua. From outlining our needs with Joe, to the best experience with Lissie, and then working with Doug to overhaul the whole IT system at my office. Lissie is always on top of making sure everyone is happy and that the jobs go smoothly. Doug is amazing at answering any questions and made the transition easy. Our lives are happier since working with Kokua. They are the best around!

KOKUA now and always -- the ultimate in IT assistance! I stand by those words! I owned a law firm for 20 years and during that time we went through numerous IT consultants, large & small outfits. So I am able to truly judge the best of the best! And hands down, KOKUA Tech has proven to be an outfit I could trust to advise me correctly, trust to do the right thing, trust to go above and beyond!! Its rare that one can find such a caring, competent and responsive vendor like this! AND- special shout out to Lissie Mattia... she is genuine, compassionate and on top of things. The only possible downside, I can NOT figure out how to clone Lissie and also have her with my organization! If you are considering a new vendor... Kokua is a game changer! Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with your team. Lissie was fabulous. I created a ticket via email. My phone rang within a few minutes ... and I mean a few minutes ... not an hour or 30 or even 15 minutes later. She scheduled a "remote in" solution at a time when I would be available and she was super friendly, knowledgeable and most of all, helpful. She was my gateway to your company and she did a fantastic job! Stephen, one of your company's techs, called me and remoted into my laptop as promised. He didn't just resolve my two issues, he resolved my issues from a systemic and root cause perspective so they don't come back to haunt me. He also explained why they were happening and how he fixed them. So, I learned a few tips and tricks. Thank you both for your approach to solving other people's IT problems.
