Great company to deal with. Informative, helpful staff, and quick to follow things up. I received particularly good service from two of the claim handlers who I dealt with, James Barber and Faye Cassidy
These guys have spammed the Youtube with their ads every minute. Negative review for being a nuisance by overmarketing.

A very professional and caring company, very quick to reply to my initial claim query and listened with compassion and politeness. In no time at all I was referred to a solicitor.
It wasn't the most in depth of chats, but efficient enough to get the ball rolling and pretty easy to follow the requests for information Phil required
Wanted to charge me for losing before it went to court when my company said I was liable for losing a finger in their machinery
