i was so happy and pleased with the service and response time- same day on a saturday! definitely was not expecting that. they very pleasant on the phone booking the appointment and chris came out and did a very thorough detective job trying to figure out why the water flow was low in the kitchen sink of my rental. it was an easy fix but he took extra time to look at everything to be sure it was all in good shape and no other immediate problems were evident. couldn't recommend more, and will definitely use them again. thanks so much!

I need a plumber was great 👍 I had a toilet tank crack with water weeping out the crack. I had the service come out at 10 in the morning. They diagnosed the problem, by noon I had a new toilet installed. I highly recommend "I Need A Plumber". Guaranteed you'll be happy 😊

This company installed my tankless water heater about 4 years ago and I have them service the heater every year. The techs are always good about letting me know when they will arrive and whether they will be early or late; they are friendly, efficient, and professional.

I was out of town when my basement bathroom sump pump clogged, backing things up. They were responsive, prompt and fixed the problem. But it wasn't cheap!

The techs sent out were very nice and ran a snake from the kitchen sink several times to try and clear a very clogged line. They were unable to do so and told me they thought the line under cement foundation may be broken and we might need to run a new line somehow. As we are starting a new remodel, moving the kitchen, we couldn't have them do any more work but he did discount the price and felt bad he couldn't clear it. We had our contractor's plumber come out a couple of days later and using degreaser and running the snake from the basement access, he was able to completely clear the existing line and a new line isn't needed after all.

We needed our hot water tank replaced and received a number of estimates. Some wouldn’t come out and provided an estimate. One estimate was a full $1,000 more. The space our water tank is in is ridiculously small. I Need a Plumber Now did a wonderful job and even came out the next day to fix a problem with the kitchen hot water pressure. Highly recommended

Shopped around a little on replacement for a PRV (pressure valve) for home. They were just a little lower price than the others. Courteous, professional, efficient.

The service guys were very professional and showed up quickly after my call. Sewer drain problems are no fun, but these guys took the task head on and got to the heart of the issue. Expect a $650+ service call, but that is money well spent when dealing with a serious drainage problem. Would definitely use them again.

I am so happy that we had these people come out. Our lines were blocked and sewage was backing up into the tub. They got us on the schedule immediately and arrived within 1 1/2 hours. They worked very hard to get our drain problem solved without having to take up the toilet or go on the roof, which saved us a lot of money. Very professional and helpful. Gave us lots of good information without trying to upsell us. So glad that my daughter recommended them to us.

I had a leak on the water pipe from the street to my house. Besides turning the water off at the street, I didn't know where to begin. Tim explained before they could help I needed to find out exactly where the leak was, He gave me a couple of Leak Detection Companies to call. Once they found the leak Tim and his crew came out as quickly as they could and fixed what I found out to be a 'substantial' leak!
It was a very hot day to be jackhammering my driveway and digging down to find the pipe but the crew took care of me!
They explained what exactly was going on and how they needed to fix it. They were quick, friendly and left the area clean.
There's only so many days you can 'pretend you are camping, with no running water'.

Have you ever been depressed for days after hiring someone to solve your problem? No? Then hire this company to find out what despair and being held by your throat against a wall feels like. I had the water heater in my home spring an unexpected leak. The leak was mild and not causing damage to the home, but I wanted to get it repaired ASAP for return to functionality, and peace of mind. The good news is I Need A Plumber sent someone out same day. I spoke to the plumber Ryan, and it sounded like things were going as they should-the new water heater was in, and we had hot water again. That relief was very short lived. At the end of the day, I received a call from Ryan saying my toilet had sprung a leak in the process of moving it to install the water heater...and would need to be replaced as well. Cue up an additional $700.00. His tone did a 180 from our conversations earlier, and he threatened he would go home and leave the toilet leaking, if I didn't pay them the additional amount. I asked him if the toilet had been leaking before he had moved it, and he said, "NO". Now here's the thing-I get that older things can be delicate. I worked on restoring very expensive cars, think Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance - have I ever damaged something in the process of maintenance and blamed it on the client rather than taking care of it? NEVER. That's not good business. I feel like I got a hard upsell at the end of the day to meet a sales quota, and I obviously couldn't leave my toilet purportedly leaking, so I had no choice but to bite the bullet. After pleading, he reluctantly agreed to just replace the gasket that had broken, rather than the entire toilet, so I could have a functioning toilet. That was still an additional $400.00. It was clear that he gave zero care for the stress he was causing. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior, including not being able to produce a video to show me of the leak, which was supposedly major. In summary, this entire experience with the plumber has been an expensive, painful, and utterly infuriating. We have 55 units in our building, and no one else has had this problem with their toilet being broken while repairing the water heater. The other residents smartly used a different company which we arranged for when I was serving the HOA board. I will not be recommending this company to our residents. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this plumbing service to anyone. Save yourself the trouble, headache, and money by looking elsewhere for a caring and honest plumber.
