Disgusting staff. Selling expired products without mentioning. I was at the store on 14th july, they were selling the product expired since 14 may. When I tried to discuss this thing with one of the staff, they misbehaved with me. I tried to take a video as a proof then that lady slapped my phone.

The customer service is disgusting. I was there to try a new dessert and i am not familiarized with the names of the desserts. I checked the name tag under the dessert and asked what exactly i want. They have not keep the right name tags under the right dessert and they serve me with a different dessert. Then i asked to change it and they refused eventhough it’s there fault. Shame on the girl.

Feels Really rude Owner should pay attention on feedbacks as there are plenty of comments regarding this pls choose your staff wisely. dont wanted to give feedback but others dont suffer so.

This India at home store at Dandenong plaza is selling expired food items with rotten smell, please do not buy from this store, when I called them they are putting the blame on me that I have taken the expired food from their shop. The dosa batter was 25 days expired, it seems they are just not checking the food expiry date regularly in the fridge and let their customer buy expired food thinking customer won't return back for refund for such small things. Cheap way to earn money. I have not experienced any such thing in any other indian store. Reduculous behaviour of staff when I called them. Please avoid this store at any cost to teach them a lesson that they cannot cheat customers like this.

Today I visit India at home in Dandenong plaza around 7:40 to buy some stuff . Store person talked with me in very rude way , she said we are closed , when I asked her on google your closing time is 8:30, then she didn’t respond in good way, treated very rude . If you guys are closing earlier then mentioned on google or change your store closing times.
