At the start of this process, I never imagined that I would receive a 6-figure settlement. My comments serve as an unequivocal endorsement of Kyle Israel and the law firm of Israel and Gerity. This past year I was involved in a motorcycle accident which was not my fault. 3 days in the hospital with four fractured ribs, fractured left scapula and punctured left lung. While working with my claims adjuster regarding the damage to my motorcycle I started to get bombarded with phone, text and email messages from the other parties' claims adjuster.
