From Mid 2020 to September 2022 we dealt with this company Ideareality for an invention. A very simple invention.
This company will come across as they know what they are doing and they will tell their clients that they have the connections to make your idea become reality. We fell for it. The concept design stage did not meet our expectations and we made them aware of that. They complicated the concept design stage with designs that were far from our simple idea.
Our idea was very simple, so simple that if they truly had the connections and a big supplier network as they made us believe, they would be able to provide more than 1 manufacturer quote. They could only offer 1 quote from one manufacturer in China that was asking exorbitant prices to make a sample. We took this company to court and the case was dismissed, however, we have learnt a lot from this experience with this company and their sneaky ways and poor supplier network.
After a few weeks away on holiday, before going to court, we saw that a similar base for our invention already existed and was being sold in pharmacies for the general public to use, so, there was no need for them to contact a manufacturer to manufacture the base of our invention. This company will make you spend more than what is necessary and that is because their supplier network is very small, if not, non-existent.
We are dealing with another company with which we have shared our bad experience with ideareality and they too saw how ridiculous their prices were for each stage. They were even surprised that ideareality wanted us to spend over 4K for something similar to the base of our invention.
The company we are dealing with now truly have a large supplier network, which makes us save loads.
We believe that everything happens for a reason and there is a lesson or two to learn from each experience we face in life.
We hope that this company (ideareality) expand their supplier network and are truly up to date with what is already out there so they don't make their clients spend more than what is necessary.
If you have a solution to a problem, then Idea reality are the team to help you get it from idea to actual product! The guys commitment to you is a rare quality in today’s world, as they have a real passion for your product to succeed. The urban eyes idea was born out of need to provide protection for runners. This was from a guy with zero experience in this field. So I guess what I am saying, no matter what your level of experience is, give these guys a call, as they will help👍👍

Working with Idea Reality was a great experience as they were able to fulfil my expectation regarding the design that I had to come up with for a Private Label product (in which is now available on Amazon, Levey). The end result of the design met all criterias that I was looking for, not to mention the willingness to help me to achieve the best outcome and not missing a single thing in the process design. I strongly recommend Idea Reality and definitely would use them again in case I need to.

IdeaReality has taken Motionlab Bags from a conceptual prototype to a proven, robust product that could be demonstrated to potential customers, tested in the real world, and ultimately presented to a factory for mass production
IdeaReality brought a high degree of professionalism, but also a strong sense of partnership, working with us to understand and deliver exactly what we needed. During various brainstorming sessions throughout the project the team were able to come up with innovative designs to identify and solve problems we hadn’t even thought of. I was also impressed by the way James and the team looked ahead to identify and warn me of mass production issues that needed to be taken into account at the early design stages. At the start we didn’t know exactly what we needed so it was important to be able to bounce ideas around, see how that translated into a design solution and then test out with 3D printing. Their extensive range of 3D printing partners meant we could try different materials and processes to test different approaches, before finalising the design for commercial production.
Equally important for me is that they remained very attentive to my needs as a business owner, operating on a tight budget and with varying time constraints. Sometimes this meant urgent runs requested for 48hr turnaround, sometimes brainstorming with us to solve complex design problems and at other times delivering rough and ready builds to test a particular concept at minimal expense. Always it meant James was available on the phone whenever I had any concerns.
Ultimately Motionlab Bags raised £36k on Kickstarter, mass-produced bags and we are now successfully selling our products on line. Along the way IdeaReality’s design for our product won Gold in the CreativePool 2018 Design award for Product/Industrial category. I’m delighted to say Motionlab Bags is continuing to work with IdeaReality on our extended product range. I would recommend IdeaReality wholeheartedly for anyone looking for a professional design company but also a high level of personal attention all the way.
