I recently bought a Mini, and within days it was vibrating badly at 50+ mph. I called HPP and he looked at my car that evening. He took me on a thorough test drive and reassured me of my worries, thinking it was suspension. He booked the car in for the same week to work on the suspension and also noticed some other issues. The work was completed in a timely manner with brilliant pricing. I will not take my car elsewhere from now on, I could not recommend HPP automotive more highly!

He did a very professional job on it and the communication of what was wrong and what needed doing was first class. The cost for repairs were very good as well. Another exceptional experience of service with Scott at HPP. Big suspension and brake overhaul commissioned on my A5 went very long but Scott went above and beyond in terms of effort, improvisation and creativity to find solutions and most definitely put in extra hours for no extra charge to keep things affordable and to stick to his quote, which is a matter of principle for him despite the fact I would have been understanding of increased hourly work costs. I can not speak highly enough of Scott and unless I move to the moon I will always come to him for all of my automotive needs.

The emissions issue at the MOT was a tad frustrating, but as you said with a bit of creative problem solving and Forte products correctly applied I managed to get it to fly though the retest.... Took my Mazda CX5 here as had been highly recommended. I had a diagnostic done on an oil fault by an unrelated auto electrician and was fearing the worst from their diagnosis. Scott did a thorough inspection and solved several issues the car was having including the oil issue. I can only describe the service I received as efficient and competent. Clearly knows his stuff and takes the time to explain how and why the repair has been made. Was also extremely reasonable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely return in the future.

Scott did a great job on my BMW 640d this week. Had all discs and pads replaced and installed a new intake manifold along with a full engine/turbo clean of some serious carbon build up along with an oil change! All issues are now fixed and it goes like stink! Great service and explanations throughout and a very fair price! Would defo go back and use Scott again as he knows his stuff.
