We absolutely love our Sauna. Tess was wonderful to work with and answered all our questions. The delivery was on time and the install took about 1-1/2 hours. The install was very easy and straight forward. I highly recommend their saunas to anyone interested in working on their personal health

I LOVE this sauna!!! I have been looking for years for a low EMF sauna. High Tech Health has gone the extra mile in making this sauna. Healthy, no toxic glues, safe wood and low EMF. Super happy with our sauna. It was easy to follow instructions & set up. The arrival packaging is quite large/expansive. Best to have a secure/dry place where they can leave it if you will not be setting up immediately. Sauna is enjoyed/used daily.

I’ve been using my sauna for several months now-several times a week, and absolutely love it. Arrived quickly, and securely packaged. Easy to set up in a corner of a basement tv room and looks like a nice piece of furniture! Really like the Bluetooth speakers and lighting options. Our sales rep "Tristan" was very helpful and friendly. I just wish I could have afforded the 2-person size!

The sauna is great but overly expensive for what you get. Also while moving the sauna the secured screw did not work and a panel fell and broke all the glass. While I took ownership for the breaking, the service for replacements was overly expensive, riddled with mistakes, was not clear, and replacement parts were not sent in completion. For paying 2x the price of other comparable saunas, I would expect much better customer service and more professional help. I wouldn't recommend this sauna to anyone as I think you can save a ton of money to get an equally good sauna for half the cost and maybe have the same or better customer service.

I love my sauna. I have the latest model , the TRS 2. The control screen is located inside so it’s easy to navigate through the many options like choice of color for the overhead, music to be played on the interior speakers, time , heat level etc. it’s connected to WiFi so you can pair it to your phone for music. They also offer an app that allows you to start the warm up process from your phone. Warm up takes about 20 min to reach 120°. System updates are automatic. The wood they use is really great quality. The directions for assembling it is very clear. I had my contractor do it and I didn’t hear any complaints. I did have a couple questions and I got right through to their tech, no problem.
So, if you’re looking for infrared with all the bells and whistles..I recommend high tech health out of boulder co. Michael

Like an idiot I shattered the first glass piece. But definitely user error. Since my mishap which was quickly fixed by the team the sauna is amazing. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Hands down the best purchase I’ve ever made for my health! I’ve had access to a lot of the top of the line products from ozone, red light therapy, other saunas, etc. This has made such a profound difference in how my brain works, significantly improving sleep with each passing week and sense of well-being! TR3 - Highly recommended
We recently purchased a TR3 Hemlock and just finished assembly and an inaugural session. Overall my impression of product quality is excellent. There were no defects, small or large, the electronic connections, cords, devices were all well marked, functional and seemed robust. My best impression was from the tight fitting of the panels with tongue and groove connections, mechanical connectors and precision carpentry. When the entire unit was assembled it was tight, solid. The glass doors fit perfectly. In terms of ease of assembly, I did the process myself except for mounting the ceiling panel. A number of people have stopped by and commented favorably on its design and appearance. The shipper delivered the shrink wrapped pallet mounted boxes in good condition and were very helpful in placement and inspection. All in all, a great experience and we’re more than happy with this product. Thanks to Tiffany for sales support and expediting our purchase. I highly recommend this product.
I did a lot of research before buying a high tech health sauna and truly love my sauna. I had tried far infared sauna in Darien, CT at a “sunlighten” spa. I liked it but two health coaches I respect each separately, without hesitating said : HIGH TECH HEALTH SAUNA- the best- and lowest EMF’s. I bought the two person sauna. In truth I think the one person might have been a better choice here’s why- my husband and I never do this together- takes longer to heat up because of size (but still pretty quick) and the panels of light are both closer to you in the solo spa. Plus takes up less space. I have moved twice with this- disassembled and the-assembled twice- hired a handyman- no problem.
Short message to sing the praises of Tess Harris - Product Specialist. We recently purchased a Smart Sauna & went back & forth deciding between yours & Sunlighten.
What ended up swaying our decision to High Tech was the tremendous (& refreshing) communication w/ Tess.
Not only was she prompt to reply, but always thorough w/ her response to my many questions throughout the process.

I purchased the High Tech Health far infrared sauna 22 years ago on the suggestion of my alternative doctor who was treating me for Mercury poisoning (elevated #s confirmed by a hair analysis) from my dental fillings. After several weeks of treatment, the physical evidence of effectiveness was showing the heavy metals erupting through my skin, from my jaw, down my neck and upper chest was the evidence that the sauna was effective in detoxing heavy metals.
Fast forward, a recent injury from slipping on ice, I lost extension of that arm since my deltoid was damaged. The heat laser treatments were not providing relief, so I Googled if the far infrared sauna would heal soft tissue. YES! Just 8 sessions later, almost full recovery as the sauna stimulates collagen for repair. Surprisingly, as added bonus - my hip no longer pains me as I was trying to avoid hip replacement surgery.
I can't say enough about the benefits of far infrared therapy that goes to the body tissue, as opposed to heating the ambient air.
I cannot say enough good things about this company, their product and their customer service. Last January, we decided to invest in a two person sauna for our home, in the spirit of health and wellness. We used it at least three times a week until Hurricane Ian came along. Our home took over 3 feet of water, which meant all of the heating elements and the bottom of the sauna were in water, and not just water, but salt water.
Not knowing what could be done, my husband took the whole thing apart in order to get it out of the room it was housed in and begin the drying process. We were told another owner had gotten flooded and she dried hers out in the sun, in order to kill the mold growth. The wood is not treated for obvious reasons so in the heat and humidity of Florida, post hurricane, mold was definitely going to be an issue. We brought it to our new home and left it to dry in the garage, with my husband continuing to spray water with vinegar on the mold spots, killing it layer by layer. Success. Mold free wood. But what to do about the heating elements.
A phone call and then an email with photos, the team advised my husband what to do and they were conscious enough to not push replacing the entire sauna but at the same time would not guarantee that if they sent the new parts, that would be enough to get it back working again. For $500 they shipped the replacement electronics, not knowing if they would work or not. They then coached my husband through the entire replacement. And guess what? He hit the power but and it's working like a dream! We have been back sauna-ing it again and every time we step into it, it smells as fresh as it did when it first arrived over a year ago!
We cannot thank the High Tech Health team enough for helping us out. I know they felt bad about our circumstances and were compassionate with how they addressed our problem.
