They were flexible and accommodating, not only with a small misunderstanding about delivery fees, but also with my delivery date request when I asked them to hold off a day for a special occasion. What really stood out for me was the thoughtful extra touch they added when delivering the bike, which made the whole experience even more special. On top of that, the price was excellent, and their special deal was a real catch. I couldn’t be happier with both the service and the product. Highly recommended!

Time and time again I’ve had to purchase bicycle spares , equipment and other items and Hattons Umhlanga continually give me the best service and the best prices. Being from inland with minimal bike shops they are exceptional when it comes to communicating and organizing delivery of my items. They really are 5 star.

I recently bought a SIGNAL 29" S940 2021 from the Ballito branch and I am very happy with my purchase, I was advised to replace the normal brakes with hydraulic brakes. I already did just over 25 km up and down hill and I am very pleased. Highest elevation gain 188 m.
