Amazing company! Had ongoing problems with my garage door and was given a quote, there was no upsell or pressure for big upgrades at all, I had a minor issue and the repair was an inexpensive part. Even though the part was cheap the experience and friendliness of the guy who come to fix my garage (sorry I didn't catch his name) was next to none! Asked them to look at my electric garage door as it wasn’t working properly, and they quoted me silly money to replace the motor and control unit. Their technician came out and said both units were malfunctioning. They weren’t! It was the sender unit on the garage door that was the problem - the 2 Duracell AA batteries were dead! So we fixed the problem for less than £3 and saved lots of money instead of what would have been a very expensive mistake due to their incompetence

One of the best experiences of service that I've had in my many years of living in Northampton. John came as agreed, with great expertise and very little fuss fixed the bent lever spring on one side and reattached it to the anchor, then not only restarted the overhead electric motor / mechanism that pulls the door, but also adjusted it so the door now stops at exactly the right locked position. All this in less than half an hour. And to my amazement he refused to charge me anything! In this day and age that is something!! Thank you John.

Ordered 2 roller security garage doors and replacement front door with side panel. Doors arrived in line with the dates we were given and were installed quite quickly. We are very pleased with them. Good quality products. Also, the customer service and response to emails were first class. Highly recommended!!

Great experience from start to finish. The new door looks great and the old one, together with the frame, were taken away. The guys who fitted it were friendly and did a great job. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Excellent service, friendly and professional fitters who removed the old doors and cleaned up after the fitting. John suggested quality Hörmann doors that look stylish and match the roofline colour perfectly. Two of our neighbours recommended Guardian and I would certainly do the same.

Really happy with the service provided by Guardian Doors. The motor on our garage roller door on our new house stopped working and was out of warranty and unrepairable. Guardian fitted a new motor and roller tube at a very reasonable price and cheaper than I could find elsewhere.
