Bradley ,who sold me this Cadillac quickly forgot who I was after the sale. Never returned my phone calls, and left me without connected services to my vehicle for over a month. I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. Love the car, but hate dealing with Onstar. Also the Cadillac App. is VERY unreliable and fails to start my vehicle 90% of the time. I'd think twice before investing into Cadillac.

We was there for service on our car. Always taken care of with professionalism and kindness in a timely manner. While there they checked with us to see if we was still satisfied with our car and if there was anything they could help us with. When leaving receptionist thanked us for visiting Lockhart and safe travels. LOCKHART Greenwood is a Class act

Doug, the service writer was very helpful. He went out of his way to take care of my problem and to make sure that everything was done correctly. He does a extremely good job making sure the customers are well taken care of. Very good employee.

Was very accommodating. Fast and efficient. They were going to wash my car, but was shorthanded and provided a prepaid card to Kopetzky’s car wash. It was a great introduction to a car wash business I never heard of but was awesome. The tech who assisted me was professional and informative.

I had four tires installed with alignment and an oil change. The waiting area is so comfortable and inviting. The wait was the time I was told. No problems

I purchased a 2021 XT6, back in July. I have fought with greenwood Lockhart and am still not satisfied. The car had a few scratch on it and I ask both salesman if they would be fixed. They said yes. Greenwood Lockhart, took a cheap marker pen and touched the spots they look like crap. The salesman told me that’s how they do paint jobs. That is unacceptable very cheap looking. I would have a hard time recommending Greenwood Lockhart to anyone. It has taken 4 months to get the GPS fixed. The guys in service department are helpful, the service manager is not. I love my car but I cannot get past the cheap way they did the paint job. This vehicle only had 13,900 on it. They said it was certified I have my doubts they looked it over. I contacted the attorney general, he sent them a letter and even called once they would not respond in anyway. Very unprofessional for a Cadillac dealer.
