Used Gracious Living to supply and fit 4 bathrooms and downstairs cloakroom over a year ago. Still absolutely delighted with the end result. Neil was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me choose the right fixtures & fittings and giving advice on placement. However, the stand out person was the fitter Craig - his level of professionalism was second to none, he was trustworthy, highly technically skilled and has a natural ability to visualise the finished bathroom and just get on with the job - problem solving en route (such a rare trait). Craig’s ongoing attention to detail made the finished bathrooms such a success. Have no hesitation in recommending Gracious Living and especially Craig.

What a fabulous local business! I kind of knew what we wanted, but Neil gave me the time to talk things through to gain some clarity and delivered. We even had an issue at installation stage which the team helped to resolve. Excellent service. Neil is a gem! So helpful and I would highly recommend.

Recently bought an electric fireplace suite from Paul and couldn't be more pleased with the product and the fitting. It has transformed our living room. Great service from start to finish.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. We have used this shop several times for tiles and bathroom fittings and they have always been excellent and reasonable.

Epic service, great people and reasonable prices. We worked with Neil and the team during our Loft conversion process and they were extremely helpful from the start until the end. Especially Neil made the entire process seamless. We were really pleased with them therefore we went back and worked with them for our first floor bathroom as well.Definitely recommend Gracious Living.

I cannot praise the team at Gracious Living highly enough. They were incredibly patient, helpful and honest with us every step of the way in designing our new bathroom. They gave us friendly and reliable advice and any issues (there are always issues in every building project) were sorted quickly and cheerfully. To top it all off, the prices were great. I will definitely reach out to Gracious Living again if I ever need to re-do a bathroom. They are a real gem in Highams Park (E4).

Those at Gracious Living are extremely friendly and helpful. They were always happy to spend time with us, helping to choose a wonderful fireplace and bathroom design and giving us great ideas and honest opinions. He is skilled, committed to high standards, friendly, utterly trustworthy and so, so helpful. He not only fitted the bathroom perfectly, he also fixed many other jobs that the previous builders had bodged. An absolute Godsend!

Having requested a replacement toilet seat for my bathroom seemed an arduous task for Gracious Living, but they persevered and found the right one. A year later they have replaced it, and Craig, who installed it, was amazing! Extremely professional, competent, and great attention to detail. If I ever went back to Gracious Living, I would ensure that it was him that did the work.

Gracious Living, alongside our fitter Jon King, did a fantastic job on our first floor bathroom which needed to be fitted for future proof mobility issues whilst remaining stylish. The ceiling also needed rebuilding as well as taking out stud walls. Jon kept everything tidy and was very considerate to my elderly brother in law who lives with us. His craftmanship was evident in his immaculate tiling and his consideration of every detail. He was also incredibly organised so the process ran smoothly. Thank you, we are delighted.

Neil and the team at Gracious living make you wonder why you would bother shopping online. He's super helpful, doesn't mind returning stuff that you kinda misjudged, lots of stuff to pick up from displays too, they deliver locally too. A great shop, great people, highly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience working with Gracious Living to design both our spacious new bathroom in our loft conversion and with a refurb of our space-limited first floor bathroom. Having never done any renovation or redecoration project like this before, I was really daunted and didn't really know where to begin. Paul and Neil and the whole Gracious Living team guided us through the whole process in such a relaxed, friendly and professional way. We had an initial meeting where we talked about the lay-out and design we were after and looked through all the different options for making the most of the space. Paul has such a good grasp of the different designs and options out there but seemed to have a really good sense of what would be right for us. The team were also very accommodating of my 2 year old joining us at appointments and dropping various snacks over the floor! They provided quotes swiftly and generous discounts on certain items. We were welcome to go back as many times as we wanted or chat through any changes over the phone. They worked with our loft building company to arrange delivery of all the items at the right times and were able to keep some in storage until we needed them. In a couple of instances were items were not right or needed they were happy to take them back. Overall it was an incredibly positive experience to work with such a nice friendly team - thank you and we are delighted with the results.
