Photos are real and is as great as it look! 💖 ☺ Everything. Location, view, amenities, service. Nothing to complain about it. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat. ☹ Nothing. Was absolutely great!

Indeed life above clouds indeed as the name implies and sums it up🙏 ☺ Location is beyond my expectations, the view was heaven on earth, cleanliness was spectacular and Co concierge so friendly. ☹ Nothing that I didn’t that I can think of

Place is good but I am really disappointed with staff behaviour and AC ☺ This place is exactly as same as in the pictures. Appartment is spacious ,very comfortable bed and perfect for short vacation. ☹ I booked this appartment for my birthday to invite some guest over the lunch .My stay was totally ruined because of the AC as in this hot weather ac works like 0. And rha manager send me message that outside is 50° you are still in better temperature. Due to this i had to cancel everything and i spend my day with their technicians at home all alone on my birthday . More over their staff attitude is really not at all acceptable. They just informed that in this building ac works like this only and then bulding maintenance came and told that this is due to no service or cleaning. They tried to do something in the bathroom to fix it but unfortunately it didnot worked out. And next day the heater was not working for hot water. Need to switch on overnight to get some hot water. This problem was not on the first day.. And initially they have given us broken parking card that doest not work at all. And the lady told white card is for the lobby door. We have to wait in parking untill they send someone to open the door for us to enter the building. Next day card has been replaced and provided with new card for another parking slot . As just 1 night was left we just wanted to stay and leave . As our plans was already over because of these issues. And do not wanted to spend more time at home with technicians. I hope they will fix everything soon so the next guest wont face this problem. We both are uae resident and really did not wanted to go out of the appartment for sometime but due to all this we have to keep doing evrything outside.
