Wow wow wow. What can we say. We had the most wonderful Christmas family getaway at Gambledown Farm in the Hay Barn. From the first point of contact to the moment we arrived, it felt calm, cosy and incredibly special. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The surroundings are stunning and so peaceful – perfect for switching off and spending quality time together. It truly felt like a home away from home, with so much thought put into the little details. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay over the festive period and would absolutely love to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing countryside escape! The children loved seeing the animals and getting their morning eggs too! We WILL be back!

This was our second visit to the cart shed at Gambledown farm, it was just as enjoyable as the first. The property is beautifully designed with lovely touches, clean and well equipped. I would highly recommend a stay at any part of the farm, there are lovely walks and farm animals which are great for children. We will be returning.

Successful payment This site turned out to be a scam. Initially, they accept your investment without any issues, but when it’s time to withdraw, they suddenly start requesting multiple forms of identification—none of which were required during the deposit process. I lost over $13,000, having sold most of my belongings to invest. Fortunately, a friend connected me with Maria Renee my expert Trader and she was able to help me recover my money through legal channels. This was our first time glamping as a family and it was a magical experience. No screens and my children were fascinated by the quiet and animal sounds. We made a lovely beef stew (ingredients provided by the farm), played card games by the fire and woke up naturally with the sunrise. Made me realise even just for a day or two, how much humans are designed to be close to nature. For context my children are 2 and 5. It did get very cold at night so would suggest you bring hats if you can get your children to wear them at night as well as sleep sacks

I arranged a two night business get away for myself and 17 colleagues at Gambledown farm for team building, country walks and break out meetings and this place did not disappoint it was a fantastic location with brilliant amenities and accommodation. The two ladies I dealt with who represented Gambledown farm were Tamara and Amber and they couldn’t be more pleasant and helpful through the booking process and during our stay. All of the residents and workers on the farm were very welcoming and friendly at every interaction from the cleaner to the tractor drivers. All the accommodation was in perfect condition, we had all five safari tents and the large Hay barn cottage, everything worked as you would expect the standard of cleaning was spot on and everything had been thought of nothing we needed was missing no compromise had to be made during our stay. It felt like great value for money and such a wonderful stay we hope to come back again in the future.

It doesn’t get much better than Gambledown Farm! We hosted our wedding weekend here and it was truly perfect. Tamara and her team were incredibly welcoming and supportive every step of the way. Having all of our friends and family stay on site made the whole experience even more special. From the very first planning stages through to after the wedding, Tamara went above and beyond - we couldn’t recommend Gambledown more, whether for a wedding or even a cosy staycation. The grounds are immaculate, beautifully green, and set against stunning countryside with plenty of charming farm animals. If we could do it all over again, we absolutely would!

First time staying here for a short trip and definitely wont be the last visit, will come back. Lovely place and clean! We stayed at the Cart Shed which has all the kitchen equipments and comfy bed. Wish we can stay longer. Amber&Tamara were very helpful and get back very quickly with our queries.

We hired all the barns for a retreat weekend. Tamara and Amber were so helpful and always on hand for advice. The accommodation was spotless and all our requests for bed options were met before we arrived. The kitchen and event facilities for perfect for our Wellness retreat. Thank you so much and hopefully see you again in November. Rob was the perfect host for our retreat guests. He calmly explained the science behind the contrast therapy and answered any questions. Some of our guests were really nervous but Rob’s calm yet confident demeanour meant they all enjoyed the sauna/ice bath experience. All double dipped and some tripe dipped!! We can’t recommend this enough. Thanks Rob

Lovely farm, Amber, Richard & Tamara couldn't have been more welcoming. Kids got to feed the lambs everyday & we had their wood fired pizzas which were lush! We stayed in one of the safari tent which had everything you needed. The little added extras such as blankets at the bottom of the bed, lush quilts & hot water bottles made it even more special ❤️ Thank you. Love love The Kittos

Such a wonderful place to stay. Peaceful, clean, organised and with the most helpful and welcoming hosts. The lamb feeding and chicken coup was a highlight for our family. We also went on a beautiful walk and the pizza's were fab. We all felt so relaxed.

We stayed in the Staddlestone Barn after our wedding at Kimbridge. It was very peaceful and private. A great size for 2 people and an option for a lovely breakfast hamper 100% recommend that. Just note if it's rainy like our stay the path to the car is a bit slippy.

What an amazing place to stay Gambledown Farm is!! I have just hosted a Christmas Craft Retreat there, hiring all 3 accommodation barns and I could not have been more impressed with the quality of the accommodation. Amber and Tamara went to amazing lengths to ensure that our stay was perfect - even adding Christmas decorations to the barns which looked just perfect. Every room and area has been thoughtfully designed, with every detail thought through. From storage cubby areas in the bathrooms to hot water bottles on the beds, everything was perfect. Absolutely loved our stay at Gambledown Farm Safari tents. Every little detail had been thought of, from hot water bottles, frozen hot water bottles, powerful lanterns...everything! Lovely walks from the farm and just a short drive away from Romsey which had all essentials, supermarkets as well as great coffee shops and bakeries. We would all highly recommend staying here and we will certainly be back again - we didn't want to leave!
